Are you tired of struggling? Are you ready and willing to do what it takes to make your life and your relationships better? If your answer is yes. I love working with men and women just like you. I enjoy being my clients' companion and guide on their journeys of discovery, healing and growth. As a licensed marriage and family therapist working in the San Francisco bay area, I see individuals, couples and families in my clinical practice.
I help my clients find resolution to problems of depression, anxiety, couples' discord, family conflicts, low self-esteem, and impact of abuse and trauma, restoring love, peace and joy in their lives. I employ an integrative approach in my psychotherapy work, where elements of various cognitive-behavioral, insight-oriented, supportive, and systemic therapies are brought together in ways that are tailored to each client's individual needs.
