CANAM PROPE, WILL NOT CALL ME TO ANSWER MY QUESTIONS!!! I HAVE BEEN TRYING FOR SIX MONTHS.

Absolutely love this complex. We moved in at the beginning of September and have had nothing but good experiences so far.
The office staff has been incredibly helpful and accommodating, maintenance requests are filled quickly.
My boyfriend and I got an awesome two bedroom, one bath, second story corner unit... for less than our last apartment was! Seriously in love with this place. This complex is also gated, has two pools, discreet dumpsters AND recycle bins on almost every corner, and we get a assigned covered parking space!! Which are all amazing pluses, because our last "luxury"

Finished my one year lease with Sun Valley, I didn't need much that entire year but when I did I never really got a phone call back. My apartment was old and there was a lot of damage that they didn't fix when I moved in. Tile was broken, light bulbs needed to be replaced, doors had damage and some damage was poorly fixed like painted over with different color paint. Etc. The ladies were nice at the beginning, but once I needed something from either Lizette or Elizabeth they were rude and would interrupt me when I would speak. Very quiet lovely grounds and great amenities when not closed due to Covid-19. Wonderful neighbors I've lived here 10 years plus been through 3 owners liked it more when the Country club owned us but it is still very nice

I loved my experience here at Sun Valley Ranch Apartments. I moved out today and I'm happy to say I loved living here. I loved my apartment it was perfect for me and cozy. My parking was close. I definitely enjoyed my stay and this apartment was within my price range. I plan to refer my friends and highly recommend this complex for this area. 2-year lease and loved it! I wish I didn't have to move back home.

I could write a novel about how bad my stay at this apartment complex was. Me and my fiance moved in last December and signed a year lease well we made it 7 months. The first of many issues we faced was a bad neighbor who would be extremely loud well into the night, we recorded the noise on 15 separate occasions and showed the videos to the office staff who did nothing. Our upstairs aparment would constinstaly smell like weed I'm guessing from this same neighbor and again the office staff shrugged that off as well. Went in about a week ago with my fiancé to look at a 2 bedroom apartment. When we arrived the door was locked and the office didn't even close for at least another hour. When we started to walk a way a lady opened up the door and said "do you need something" and we mentioned we wanted to look around and that we liked what we saw online. She said "well I am trying to leave" and handed us a brochure and closed the door and locked it again.

Very well lit at night. The front gate locks at 6, back gate is always locked ( has been broken a few times), quiet, worth the price of paid covered parking. Some ghetto neighbors but mostly great ones.
Water is included which is nice considering other places charge up the woozoo, movie theater! Good size gym
You get what you pay for and yes you may pay a pretty penny but it's worth it. As a mother I feel safe here.
I looked around a lot before I moved here and I enjoy it.

Great apartments but staff needs to work on their customer service skills

I called to see about moving in here, I was completely shocked they said they cannot rent to me because of my 32 pound dog! Because she is a Queensland healer mix! They are herding dogs! She tells me they are protective breed. Lol bunch of BS! Dumbest thing I have ever heard. I will make sure I let everyone possible in the area about this. Really now a mutt dog is discriminated. Better watch out she might hurt if you don't throw her ball! Don't go there to live if you care about dogs! This would be no stars of I could!

I really liked living at Sun Valley Ranch. The front office staff is helpful when you need them. I had a bit of a snafu with the exterminator. I had a wasp nest by my front door and on my balcony. It took him three trips before he was able to find both of them. Not sure how hard he was looking. They were supposed to upgrade my thermostat, but a year after providing them the info they requested, it was never been done. Had my motorcycle stolen on 01/31/16. Somebody removed the fencing and rolled my bike away. When I explained the theft to management, I was obviously furious and she said verbatim, "have a good day". That's it.
Motorcycle stolen again on 05/31/16. I highly recommend looking into the new apartments on power and McDowell. They cost more but you won't have a view of section 8 and a dealer as neighbor.

Don't live here if you own nice things.

The only reason this place has any stars is because they offer Starbucks gift cards for "positive" reviews.

The apartments are okay but be ready to take a beating when your lease is up if you want to go month to month for a while. Even if you re lease you get an increase but if not it will be at least another $100 a month. Then you will not even be 15 days late on rent before you have a court date for eviction. That's with a first late after being there a year and a half. Just ended up out of work a couple weeks and on day 12 I'm being served with eviction papers. Then even though I was able to pay before going to court they reported it as a judgement on my credit report. One late rent!

The office management is horrible! I have been very nice to them over email about a complaint. The problem is not solved so my husband went down to talk to them personally and as he was talking to her she was on her computer just saying "ok" over and over. How rude.
The move out cleaning list is also RIDICULOUS! Carpets must be professionally cleaned, $5 for every nail left in the wall, etc!
Wouldn't recommend them to anybody.
