Wonderfully located in LODO, Waterside Lofts is a luxury 13-story building with 164 luxury lofts. Waterside is located right off Speer Blvd and Wewatta St. One of the newest high rise buildings in Denver, the Coloradan has 334 Residential Units, 14 Commercial Units which include retail, office and garage.

Management Services Report

East West Urban Management specializes in the management of homeowners' associations in Denver's rapidly expanding Riverfront Park neighborhood, as well as in providing concierge service, property leasing, and maintenance for residents. We have invested heavily over the years in technology and systems that streamline all aspects of the HOA management process.

We lived in one of the buildings Little Raven for over 7 years and always had a great experience with the management company. They were responsive (via phone - we did not try email) and helpful with tracking down packages and such.

Jordan Kincaid is consistently awful at following up. Emails marked urgent don't even get responded to the same day. As a 10 year resident, I am consistently disappointed by the terrible serivce & terrible follow up from EWUM.

I am in complete agreement with T. Sullivan. The worst company ever.
The employees are not at fault. East West accounting practices are terrible. They made so many financial mistakes that I have had to fight for and it is still not cleared up after months. Do not USE this company.

Think twice before living in any East West property. EWUM are greedy, lazy and arrogant. Do NOT blame the employees. This comes from the top, and the owners set this tone ... Rod Slifer, Mark Smith and Harry Frampton.

Keen to do the bare minimum when it comes to doing their jobs and helping residents. Some of the ladies are better than others, but overall such a disappointing management company.
