Tenant suffers evacuation trauma and then spends all day cleaning rental after wildfire smoke, and you send them a demand notice to enter the property per lease terms?! Show some sympathy and modicum of decency and professionalism. Also, understand the difference between a garage door and dog door when scheduling a repair. Will tell everyone I know of the level of “service” we’ve received.

In there “application department” it was like pulling teeth to get a response on if they even received the application or what else they needed. She even email back to me saying “oh I thought I replied”.
No wonder this property has been sitting empty for 70 days with no renter. Because they’re not doing their job! If I was using this property management company for my own property I’d be so disappointed by the professionalism and way they’ve communicated to potential renters.

There is a clear ethical breakdown with this company. Everyone I talked to was very nice. But they will tell you one thing and do another. The company charges obscene amounts for very little work. I cannot recommend real property management to anyone. They only look out for their best interests.

Absolute horrid company to deal with. Reviews on their web site are fake. I’ve been a customer for a few years since I got lucky with a long term lease and there’s no way for me to write a review on their web site. Now that my lease is over and I’m trying to get new tenants they’re impossible to deal with. They have sense of urgency, emails take 2-4 days to respond, if they decide to respond. Their maintenance department is incompetent and rude. It took them 5 hours and 4 trips to fix bedroom closet doors and they charged me $500 for that. Do not use this company!

They're the worst, I want to meet the people leaving these 5 star reviews. Truly laughable. They had a 2☆ and change rating when I signed with them in March. Interesting how all their recent reviews sound JUST like mine. 1☆ Hhmmmmm.
I've made 4 requests now for a simple fix in my bathroom. The first vendor didn't listen when I said they could not come on the weekend I was grieving the loss of a friend, any other time would be fine since I work at home. I've been waiting a month for a new vendor to fix a slow draining sink. Can you believe that? I'd fix it myself, but their own lease agreement

Doesn't return phone calls, dishonest, extremely difficult to work with and only looking out for themselves.
12 years at the same property. Rent was always on time and I was I was a extremely clean and meticulous renter. As we all know, there is quite a bit of wear and tear over a 12-year period of time. Not once did I complain about the carpets, that were needing to be replaced or the paint, that was so desperately needing to be redone. But I sure held up my end of the bargain and had my rent always on time.

I cannot recommend this company. We used them for four plus years, and whilst they managed the tenants in a timely manner, their communication, follow up, transparency and methods of going about business are appalling. Each time a tenant moved out the cleaning was of the lowest standard. We were charged over the approved level many times, and didnt receive proper and clear invoices, explanations, or photos of work done, despite repeated requests. The team at RPM works well together to ensure all aspects are met in communicating with homeowners. I had a great experience with the company from start to finish. They are polished and professional, but also they level with each person on an individual basis. Their efforts in the pandemic were appreciated, highly recommend.
