Horrible company. Save yourself the headache. I wish I would have read the reviews on this company before I got into a lease. Service fees are high. I original printer was leaking ink everywhere when they came out to fix it they broke a piece and had to take it out and send us a loaner. The loaner didn't work they sent another one. The one we have now half a** work. Customer service is very rude and unprofessional. Our printer been down for a few months now and were still working with a loaner that barley works. No communication on the status or anything. I can't wait to get out this contract with

Service cost is crazy high. I purchased a Lanier printer from Excel D. S. under the salesman's recommendation that they are much more dependable then HP. That was a mistake. The printer fails to often much more than my old HP printer. And they will not help you with minor adjustments on the phone or by sending a trouble shooting guide. They always want to send a service man out at $198.00 an hour. So the cost of service is more than the printer costs. I am going back to HP. Next I tried the Ricoh support 800 number and was on hold for so long I gave up.
