Do I Need to Take My New Vehicle Back to the "dealership" for Oil Changes and Inspections to Maintain My Vehicle's Warranty? The simple answer is NO. Wes Jackson Auto Center can take care of the oil changes, inspections and manufacturer's recommended services, ex: 10,000, 24,000 mile service, etc. We provide an envelope for storage of the service receipts and that is all that is required by the manufacturer to maintain your warranty.

Having left my disabled car in a lot while catching a limo to the airport, knowing what I’d be returning to was so stressful! I immediately scheduled my coming oil change and ac recharging appnt a with them. Just observing the manner in which they treated customers as I was awaiting my service said a lot about their business practice. I would highly recommend them to any colleges or friends for car services.

My experience with Wes Jackson exceeded my expectation in dealing with my auto issue. I was handled with extreme care and professionalism. My puppy damaged the electrical unit of my car and I new that I was going to spend a lot of money ($1000+) but by taking my car to Wes Jackson I saved over $700. The whole thing was painless and quick.
I definitely recommend Wes Jackson to everyone but particularly women you were going to be treated kindly without being overcharged or haggled. Definitely take your car here!! Wes Jackson is my car’s new home.

I was looking for an auto repair shop to install a hitch on my 2018 Subaru Outback. I ordered a “true to fit” hitch online, and a local Subaru dealership quoted me over $400 in labor alone. Had never been here for service before but had heard great things - they are all true!! Had my car towed in on a Saturday night and even though they were fully booked the following week they were able to squeeze me in! Diagnosed the issue, price was more than reasonable and I had my car back by the end of the week!! Kim (customer service coordinator) was a joy to work with as well. Will definitely be going back!!

I had to get my water pump replaced, which is very expensive (Ford now puts the water pump inside the engine). I came in and Keith looked the car over said since the engine will be torn apart if I wanted to replace the serpentine belt (it was wearing out), sparks plugs (they had never been changed because you have to take the top part of the engine off to do it and it costs about $600) and timing chain (the parts were about $300 and having the peace of mind of a new timing chain was worth it) I would only be charged for the parts since the labor is the same. I came out to a flat tire, called AAA had them tow it to Wes Jackson Automotive since they offer 10% off when using AAA. I had never used Wes Jackson before and could not have been happier. I spoke with Kim and she was pleasant to deal with. She called me to let me know she could get a tire and they had the car done within an hour and a half. The price quoted was what I paid. Will definitely go back there for any issues with any of my cars.

Was referred to this shop when it was owned by Wes himself. Was told it was very reputable and trustworthy. Went in with the new owner and was overcharged and was quoted extremely too high (about 500$ too high) for the service requested. Will be using a different mechanic as I believe they are no longer reputable due to new ownership, will be letting everyone I know about my experience. Will never be back and I caution others (especially women) to do your research and shop around before deciding anything!
