Took my 2009 F250 here for a no start problem. The staff was more then accommodating when other shops refused my truck due to its age. All the guys at this shop are knowledgeable and are very willing to answer any question. I will be back for ALL my future repairs will all my vehicles.

I usually don’t post any reviews but after the experience I had and from of all places a service repair shop I had to tell everyone of my experience . From the moment I walked in the door at United Auto Care, a man named Danny, greeted me with a smile and a friendly hello and ask how could he help me. He listened to my concerns, then explain the process of how united auto care will address the issues I was having and he said he would be back in touch with me soon with some answers concerning the problems I was having with my car. Danny called me with the needed repairs and some recommendations

While driving on 985, my dashboard lite up in red. I pulled off at the next exit and called the dealership and they were booked so I googled VW repair shops in my area. Lucky for me, I found United Auto Care, called and spoke to Danny and went in the same afternoon. By the time I got to the repair shop, the lights went off. They still checked my car out and even looked at my oil level to make sure it was okay and sent me on my way and told me to call them back if they came on. Now, all of this was done with no charge. If you are a woman or they suspect you don’t know much about cars I wouldn’t come here. They will try to cheat you. I chose United auto care because they were close and had good reviews. I’m honestly shocked that they have such good reviews after what I experienced. I needed a new starter and that was all, they called and asked if I wanted my oil changed since it was due and I told them to go ahead since it would save me some time. Later they call and say I need a new battery because when they tried to move my car for the oil change it wouldn’t start and they had to jump my car. I asked

What a wonderful experience!!!!!! I was greeted by this extremely polite and helpful gentleman, Danny.
Since I don’t know much about car repairs,Danny explained in terms I could understand. Prices were fair. I will definitely be coming back for future maintenance. I also met the owner and other team members, all very knowledgeable and professional.I highly recommend United Auto care.

I'm highly disappointed with this company not only was I charged quite a bit more than I was quoted, my console was torn (cut open) beyond repair and left that way. I was given the excuse they couldn't put it back on. Honestly it looks as though they used a full kitchen knife to cut it off. Sharp edges exposed with a huge hole, wires visible, laying on my accelerator. There was grease on my hood. The key fob was broken causing the blinkers and hazard lights to blink and wouldn't turn off. So I had to turn around and go back up there. I needed a linkage to the transmission they charged me $623.00

I don't normally go to anyone outside of the dealer for work on my vehicle. Someone suggested that I try these guys. So I took a shot and was very pleasantly surprised! Not only did I get quality work on my vehicle, but met some really nice people!! Chad was really helpful in making sure I received the service that I needed without pressuring for extras that was not needed.

So I normally only do food reviews, until my experience at this place.
I needed brake work badly and I came across a few reviews of this place and decided to give them a call (not to mention it's behind my neighborhood).
Right from the the first call to them, the owner, Ryan was very pleasant, personable and accommodating. I didn't need an appointment and he assured me he could help and penciled me in.
The location is very convent, clean and welcoming. Not to mention the family dogs running around (so cute).
I had a great experience. Friendly place and staff. Everything was very well explained

We have a diesel truck that some little roadside assistant idiot put gas in. We tried to fix it on our own but it still wouldn't start. I googled diesel mechanic near me and this is the first place that popped up. I don't trust any car place so I read reviews and everything I read was good and 5 *. I called them and talked to Ryan and he gave me a number to call for a tow truck that didnt cost an arm and a leg and had it at the shop within 20 minutes. Ryan called us within a couple of hours told us what it was and gave us a price. The next business morning he said it was ready! We were ecstatic
