Your vehicle's battery supplies electrical power to the starter and the other electrical components of the vehicle needed to start the engine. When the engine starts running, the charging system takes over to provide electricity to the various vehicle electrical systems.
The battery stores energy for the vehicle, and provides power to the electronic components as needed when the vehicle is off, like the music system, digital clocks, door locks, alarms, onboard computers, etc.During the service, we will visually inspect the existing battery, and use test equipment to check its cranking amp capacity.

On disc brakes, the fluid pressure causes the calipers to pinch brake pads into contact with the disc brake rotor, which is attached to the wheel, forcing it to slow down or stop. With drum brakes, the fluid is forced into the wheel cylinder, which pushes the brake shoes out. The brake shoes are pressed against the drum, which is attached to the wheel, causing the wheel to stop.
Many vehicles today have a climate control system in the passenger cabin, which cleans incoming air during the heater, air conditioner, and vent modes. The system includes a cabin air filter to help remove dust, pollen, mold spores and other particles from the air you breathe inside your vehicle. This is especially beneficial in certain driving conditions, like dusty roads, city driving, and industrial areas.

Oh my THE ABSOLUTE best experience with Herbert Automotive today- they SAVED the day.
i had just left a long day at work to be driving home along Keith bridge and i hit a curb and my tire popped! & they allowed me to drive my car up for them to change my tire! Took not even 10 minutes & i'm back on the road home. I couldn't thank them enough, considering I was near about to have a heat stroke Lol.
Best experience & would recommend to anyone.

I highly recommend the Herbert Automotive on Keith's Bridge Rd. They are the best. Their service is unsurpassed and they're prices are reasonable. I had my dog in the car with me when I went in for an oil change. They OFFERED to have me bring my dog inside and immediately brought her a bowl of water! What service! Dave took great care of us with coupons and conversation. He is a great guy and very honest. I would trust them completely with any auto repair.

Addition to original review: I was having a lot of engine/exhaust noise in my car and had received some bad advice from a friend. I called up Herberts and they help me so much. Recommended different things to help and offered to look at it. They checked it out and found the issue and also corrected the problem I caused from following the bad advice. They are so helpful each time I have an experience with them.

Had some last minute issues with my truck. They got me in quickly, diagnosed my issues and fixed it it very reasonably priced. I've had multiple small jobs done there but this one was bigger and I am still just as impressed. I am glad they are under new management because reading reviews I would have just skipped over them. Please give them another shot!

Brought our truck in to see what it would cost to replace the air valves. Herbert quotes $1400 plus another $1400 if they found further damage. Seemed a bit high so went online and looked at the cost of the parts. Total around $250 in parts. Went to a different auto repair and they did it all for $450. Never going to use Herbert again. Saved over $1000.

My partner took my car to the Keith Bridge location yesterday and had the oil changed plus my brakes checked. Received great service and seemed very thorough. We requested a check of the brakes because my auto dealer said I needed new brakes and I did not believe them. Good thing I got a second opinion.

I took my van in because the dashboard brake light came on. Left the car with them and received a call about 3 hours later. They told me they ran the diagnostic tests and test drive the car about 5 miles and there was nothing wrong with it. Told me it must have been a small rock or something else blocking the sensor that caused the light to come on. I picked up the van, no charge, and I thought I had found an honest mechanic. Drove the car less than a mile when all the lights came back on. Called and they said bring it back and leave it. I did and the next day received a call. $1000 to replace

I went in to get emissions done (for registration renewal) and an oil change. I was there for over an hour, paid for both services and was told the receipt for my emissions was waiting for me in my car. When I went to look for it later that day, I could not find it. I called and asked if they could give me the emissions certificate number and they told me they'd call me back (I even need ruined that my registration was due the following day so it was urgent). I never received a call back. I called again the following day and was told that even though they charged me, they actually never did

Be warned I have had several occasions we have had problems with them, and when you call they are extremely condescending and actually start reciting Georgia law when no lawsuit is mentioned to begin with. Are lawsuits with them such a common occurrence they know them by heart? 1st occasion they put full weight non-synthetic in a SRT-8 with requires 0 weight full synthetic they should have notified wrong package immediately (fully document in paperwork) I write it up as a simple mistake never call or make big deal even though I took car for immediate oil change after somewhere else. Next occurrence

I went in for an oil change. Nick and Allen were professional and very knowledgeable. They've got coupons for different things which is super helpful for me. Best of all, they were able to explain car problems to me without going over my head or try to confuse me. I've encountered that before and it's refreshing to find a business want me to know what's going on in the process. I'll definitely be back. Thank you!

They lied to me that my break pad was messed up. Quoted me $300 to fix them. I went to my dad's place to check their price, and 10 minutes later they came out & told me that Herbert Automotive had lied to me, that there was nothing wrong with my breaks, and went as far as to show me. I'm shocked that Herbert Automotive would do this, especially considering I've been a customer for 3 years.

We took my 2013 Lincoln navigator there and they said they couldn't look at it and less they took the whole front end off and that would be $400. My husband gave them the go-ahead and I passed by a few days later and it was
still sitting the lot exactly where it was left. They never looked at it so I took it home. He proceeded to tell us that they didn't know what was wrong with it so they should just replace the entire engine for $11,000. We took it to a guy who has worked for Ford/Lincoln for 23 years and said it was something easy and would be around $1500. This is a big city but a
