I am a Licensed Massage Therapist, Registered Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist and Certified Sheng Zhen Meditation Teacher. With physical bodywork, I have extensive training in every type of conventional massage as well as focused realignment therapies including Orthopedic Massage, Myoskeletal Alignment and latest movement science techniques.

I apply these approaches to address structural imbalances and retrain the brain and the body at the same time. Biodynamic Craniosacral therapy is a gentle hands-on practice that harnesses and supports the body's own ability to heal. I completed my foundation training with Franklyn Sills, a pioneer in the field, and regularly attend postgraduate classes to deepen my understanding of this powerful therapy.

When we are able to slow down and be more present in our bodies, the innate healing processes can begin to release deeply held tensions. I listen with a gentle touch to support the ever present underlying health at work as it restores balance to the system. As these tensions are released, a greater level of previously held energy is now available to support the normal functioning of the body.
You will receive an intuitive massage that addresses your specific areas of injury or discomfort, but also discovers unresolved and unknown tensions that can be the source of ongoing pain and discomfort. You will leave with the deepest sense of well being, relaxation and sense of lightness, but also with an ease of motion due to the freeing up of fascially stuck patterns of movement.
Sheng Zhen means Unconditional Love, the highest most sacred truth. Sheng Zhen Meditation is the highest practice of energy cultivation. This means that as well as the physical and emotional benefits, we learn to rest in our hearts and, through the movements, an opening occurs within us creating an indescribable connection to the source of everything - Unconditional Love.
Sheng Zhen Healing Practice is a restorative medical form that blends an ancient tradition and the power of Nature to heal oneself. The gentle, meditative movements are performed seated on a chair. There are 3 Stages of Sheng Zhen Healing Practice, and each stage has 10 movements. Stage 1 is for the purpose of gathering healing qi into the body.
