Cortland Park Apartments residents enjoy a number of amenities that make life more fun, comfortable and convenient. Pools are hard to come by in Cortland apartment complexes, so make sure to take advantage and enjoy the pool during nice weather! This well-kept pool is situated in a lovely meadow. It is great for working on your tan or family fun, especially since it is adjoining the picnic area.
Cortland Park is just a block away from a large shopping center with eateries, shops and a P&C Fresh supermarket where you can get those fresh veggies to make up for that fast food. There also is a municipal bus line stop (route 1, stop 12). We are walking distance to the antique Cortland downtown which is the beating heart of this community with fairs, festivals, a twice a week farmers market Tues.

My husband and I have had nothing but a good experience since moving in here. Especially since the recent staff changes that have been happening the last few months. Always understanding of people problems and willing to help if they can. And the maintenance staff is on top of any repairs you may need in the apartment. Like I said, it’s been a great change staying here compared to previous landlords and managers we’ve had to deal with. And the best part is they’re also pet friendly ❤️

Complete lack of skill(s), tact, knowledge, ambition, and personality concerning the majority of staff employed/living here. If you enjoy hypocrisy, falsities and total lack of concern for the condition of buildings/apts, and tenents living conditions, well welcome home, this must be your dream home🤘😁😂🤘🤘🤘🤘

I have lived here for 2 years and have had no issues with anything . They have taken care of things that needed repair and if they couldn't get to it right away i was notified and other arrangements were made . They worked with me if i needed them too. If someone has had an issue with management it wasn't from the lack of trying on their part. I enjoy living here and would recommend them to my friends.

Being a new tenant of Cortland Park Apartments my experience from day one has been very pleasant. Since the park has been under new management I have began to see many improvements being made both inside and out. The manager Amber and her staff have gone above and beyond to make sure my home was ready when it was supposed to be with new cabinets, new flooring and carpeting and my personal favorite, a balcony! I was welcomed to the park by many of my neighbors and continue to meet more everyday. Overall it's a very pleasant and beautiful place to live. :)

Cortland Park Apartments has been a great experience and great place for my brother. I recently filed a request for maintenance for my brother's apartment and all the things that needed attention were addressed within a week. Briana who works at the leasing office is extremely nice and always has time to answer any questions.. Just cant emphasize enough on what a fantastic experience my brother received. Thank you.

I enjoy living here. I've lived and worked here for 3 years now and I can honestly say I love my apartment! It is big and comfortable and has a lot of closet space. :) My neighbors are nice and friendly. I would recommend Cortland Park to anyone who understands apartment living and knows how to coexist with kindness and respect because that is how my neighbors and I live here!
