Paradigm Properties is a great rental company for SUNY Cortland students and more! They are very reasonably priced and works with financial aid. The house was in great condition. Each bedroom comes with a bed, dresser, closet, and sometimes more (a night stand). Laundry is free! Living room comes with a TV. There are multiple garbage cans right outside. There is enough parking spot for every person in each house/apartment. If there was anything that needed to be fixed, it usually got taken care of the same day. There was someone always to speak with or email with. Great communication. I am currently

This was my first year living off campus and signing with Paradigm was the best decision my friends and I could of made! The process was super easy and all the staff at the office are very helpful! Paradigm offers affordable priced housing and great amenities such as free parking, free laundry, and a tv included in the living room! Paradigm is also very helpful when it comes to needing any sort of repairs done, if you send an email they’ll be there that day! I am so happy with Paradigm that I resigned my lease for next year! The properties are beautiful and well kept. Whenever there is an issue, I contact the Student Manager and they send maintenance almost immediately. The parking spots are also great because there is a spot for everyone. Overall, great property managers. Would highly recommend renting and buying from Paradigm Properties!

I rented with paradigm properties this past year and had a great experience! They’re professional, and always there to help! I looked at over 20 apartments before choosing mine and there’s a clear distinction between the quality of homes owned by Paradigm Property. They’re staff is friendly and always able to help! The rent is reasonable and the houses are beautiful! I would 100% recommend paradigm properties to anyone!

While searching for off campus housing, I came across my true second home. This year has been the best of all 3 of my years at SUNY Cortland. I became close with the most amazing 7 girls and I have no one to thank for that but Paradigm Properties. Living off campus was more than a breeze than I ever thought it would be. Paradigm offers free parking, free laundry, fully-furnished housing, many more amenities, and constant availability from their staff. Paradigm has been so great over the past two years that my friends and I rented from them! They are very accommodating, and always able to help with anything you may need for the house. Their properties are some of the nicest student housing I have seen in Cortland, we absolutely love our house. They are so attentive and always immediately send one of their maintenance men whenever something is needed. We have had a great experience with them and are terribly sad to be leaving!
