I've earned a BS in Therapeutic Recreation and Leisure Studies and a minor in Physical Education from Southern University A&M College.

Training program is for middle school, high school, college, and pro athletes. Trained on speed, quickness, strength, power, agility and conditioning. Each session is customized by providing the proper speed development, strength development, and energy system development protocols designed for each training phase.
Wells High Five Boot Camp is a fun, intense, challenging and effective workout. You will tone your body, increase your cardio, and interact with people who are striving to accomplish similar goals.
