I have been living at the Villages Apartments now for about 8 years. I remember moving here with a promotion from IBM, moving from New York to North Carolina, leaving all my family behind, only my puppy and I moving here with a big truck. It was like a dream come true. Brand New Apartment, great job with IBM transferred, brand new car that I bought online. It was a great experience and the staff at the Villages always treated me like family. I think the one thing I remember when I got sick and had to go into the hospital was all the support I got, especially when I got home. Big balloons and a

Hi all - If I could give this place minus zero stars I would. Without going into all the painful details of my past and current encounters with this place just know this. DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS PLACE!!
Follow-up to The Villages reply to my feedback. I have been trying to contact you, but you refuse to communicate with me. I have numerous emails to Carlos (he told me he will no longer speak with me because I am not on the lease), two calls into the District Manager, Shanlyn Addison (not once attempted to call me back), a call and one email to the corporate office. Funny thing is I may not be on

The absolute worst apartment I’ve ever lived in!!! I moved out November 1st 2021, stayed here for 7 years to long. If I’m not mistaken their has been at least 6 different management companies and the current one IS HORRIBLE!!! They NEVER EVER answer the phones, I would go to the office just to speak with someone. Black mold in the upstairs bathroom, black stuff in the water, cabinets falling apart, under the kitchen sink leak, there is always a water main break so you may or may not have water, some of the maintenance men go through your things (one of the maintenance men told my husband that

New management again and lack of communication. False advertising off of two pools and a full gym. Management did not open the main pool, and have taken away working gym equipment while leaving broken equipment. Introduced a new lease payment system for residents adding more fees to their monthly rent payments. Otherwise a clean place to live.

If the previous reviews did not convince you to stay away from this place please heed my warning. DO NOT MOVE HERE! This has been the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. The apartments may look nice on the outside but they are completely broken down underneath. The new management company is even worst than the previous one. This company is ultimately a scam and they will screw you out of your money after you've signed the lease.. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED...

Very bad customer service. They post their units available and when you call it is not available and if you ask questions to know more about them, the lady named Karen( I think that's her name) is very rude. Plz be nice with ppl coz we call your office becoz we are interested in your apartment.

A "move in" ready apartment... Plenty more photos to share to help others not get scammed. If the new owners would please fix the outstanding issues (mold/mildew in HVAC, bubbled flooring that's an extra $35/month, an ice maker that's never worked even though I'm disabled and need ice, etc...), then the review would be changed. ROSCOE, you have a chance to not be Covenant! OR, what I imagine will happen is that y'all will simply sell the property in under 24 months. I'll be gone by that time, but will this review still be here as it is? And will y'all continue to offer the vinyl floors as an upcharge

I was told the application would be free and the fee would be waived. Then I still had to pay the application fee of $125 for "processing the application". They never reimbursed me for the application fee even though I was told "the application will be free, we'll waive the fee". I had to call several times just to get in contact with them. Called 5 or 6 times in a day and they didn't answer any of them...awful service. They claimed to have tried to contact me multiple times about my app, which was a lie, I had 1 missed call from them, that's it, and they didn't answer when I called back. When

Apartment itself is fine, but be warned that they WILL attempt to overcharge you. I took over my lease from the previous tenant, and only recently checked what the advertised price was. The price advertised on the website for my style apartment was $50 cheaper than what I was paying. I then realized I'd been overpaying $50 a month for the entirety of my contract. The front office is particularly unresponsive when it comes to correcting these types of mistakes. I guess the lesson here is to never assume the previous tenant was smart enough to sign the proper contract.

Love love The Villages! Tour a apartment Property Manager was so nice. She help with questions the leasing agent was unable to answer as the agent was fairly new. Clubhouse was nice. They had an amazing selection of refreshments. My kids enjoyed! We were looking for 3 Bedroom. We will be moving to The Villages in June. Glad we didn’t just go off of reviews. Manager explained it was prior to the new team. We are going to give them a chance. We love the location. We recommend The Villages so far
