Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Value
The quality of the big chain repair shops with the Mom & Pop shop price. Only downside is there is only one guy, so you usually have to drop your car off. Regardless, he is honorable, and always seeks to find the best solution. There is no need for me to take my cars anywhere else.

Last Friday, my Big Hunk o' Man-Ham (who doesn't LOVE bacon?) and I were heading to Charlotte, NC to visit the grandkids for a post-Christmas visit. It was about 4:30 PM and, as we're driving along Hull Street, the front of my car started making the worst noises and vibrating to the point I felt obligated to leave $1 on the dash for the massage. We saw that Savco was open and pulled in, hoping for auto advice. What we got was unheard of in today's world: generosity of time, labor, and knowledge!

My husband took his truck to Savco after a local dealer attempted to price gouge us $160 to replace a license plate bulb and wanted to charge us over $500 to replace what they called (non-factory) headlights, despite them being DOD approved. The owner/operator of Savco got our truck in at a moments notice, thoroughly inspected our truck and identified where the dealer was wrong, took pictures and replaced the bulb saving us hundreds of dollars!. Emin is a honest mechanic that can be trusted. He cares about his customers and is fair. We were so please with him that we had him replace the wiper blades
