I had used A Auto Body a couple of years ago and found them polite, professional and very easy to deal with. As for this recent use, we were not able to use their services. During the initial phase of talking with the insurance company, they deemed the car to be totaled and such, I was unable to use their services. The staff and management of A Auto Body was there to provide services up until the car was totaled.

Amazing Repair! My parents took their QX56 there for a bumper repair (recommended by Infiniti) and A Auto did not disappoint!!!
I recently took my Grand Cherokee here for 2 body repairs and it literally came back looking factory brand new! It’s an amazing feeling when you know your money was well spent.
Thank You A Auto for the amazing work and dedication. Hopefully I won’t have to come back anytime soon lol, but just know I won’t hesitate if I do!

IMHO get your car repaired anywhere BUT A Auto Body! Our car had been rear ended and when I dropped the car off, I asked them to explain the "guarantee" because I was worried about underlying damage. The reason I asked them was because if the trunk could not close (it was actually raining that day), and the car had to sit for any length of time I was worried about any further damage. Billy told me that it was all covered between the insurance and under the guarantee and not to worry.

I have now used this shop 3 or 4 times, and I can't recommend them enough. Last time I was there, they actually saved me money by letting me know certain work recommended by another shop for one of my vehicles was not necessary. Today, I called as I was leaving town because my check engine light came on and I had 3 business trips scheduled this week. They told me to come right in, diagnosed my problem, made necessary repairs, performed a state inspection because I asked if it could be done while I was there, and had me back on the road within an hour and a half. The fact that your tech got finger prints on the inside part of the sun roof did not upset me. Things happen. What bothers me is that you tried to slip it by me and hope I wouldn't notice. The reason I say that is because the first time I looked up I saw the stain and I'm not an auto body guy. So if I saw it, the logical conclusion is that your folks did too but said nothing until I pointed it out. If you had come to me up front, said we made a mistake and the part is on order, I would have no problem at all. Trying to slip it past me shows a lack of integrity.

Last year I struck a deer coming home from work which required work on bumper, hood, and both fenders. I'm almost positive monkeys worked on my car while it was here.
Panels were misaligned, paint doesn't match, and they managed to nicked the crap out of the paint when pinstripping. What the hell. I confronted the younger manager and he told me, "I don't see any problem. Everything looks fine." I made a scene because there is a distinct dif. between the gap on the left and right fender, not to mention the paint does not match on the right side of my vehicle. Older gentleman

I was recently involved in a multi-car accident and was refered to this shop by my insurance company and some family friends. This place is AMAZING! Not only was I kept updated during the entire 2 weeks my vehicle was there, but, they even completed it a week early! They explained the entire repair process in a way that allowed me to understand what they were doing. When I picked my SUV up it had even been washed and vacuumed. I will definitly recommend this shop to everyone. and they do mechanical work and state inspections. My family has finaly found a one stop shop that is Not a dealer
