Do not recommend at all. Avoid.
Tried to schedule service (state inspection). As it was late Sunday evening and they were closed, I set the appointment through their website. Got confirmation email, which said someone would be in touch. No one ever called (or even tried to call). I show up, they have no record of my appointment. I tell them about making it online, they make up a story. Website appointments are "unreliable" and they "tried to call" (I can show my call records, no one attempted to call me) but they are "way too busy, a whole week behind" and can't help me out.

Great service from Allen tire. Needed tires on our Jeep to move to Oregon. Allen tire was able to get tires faster than the other shops, for a comparable price. Was able to find and fix 2 major safety issues and was able to advise us in what services we needed so that we saved money. Allen tire was a life saver for us, feels like a mechanic you can trust. In particular the manager was competent, friendly, and responsive. If we weren't moving we would be coming here again.

I have been a customer since the late 1990's. They have serviced ALL my vehicles. From new under warranty,
to new-used family vehicles, as well as my beloved F-150...only Allen Tire is acceptable. Being a certified car cate center, my warranty is always covered.
If you took a manual from A to Z they have serviced from simple to complicated and even some simple body work. Prices are fair, never inflated and they get the job done. I cannot imagine using any other auto repair service. It helps too that they are a great tire store. One stop care care and you're back on the road, happy and safe.

I stress the word family when I talk about Allen Tire. My husband and I have been coming to this business for over eight years, in these years my niece and son have been bringing there cars here. The main reason is the honesty and quality of work; next would be the consistency of employees. In my eight years here I have had the same mechanics taking care of us. This is nice because you have that trust and reassurance that they have your back. They work hard to resolve any issues with our cars and are extremely honest with cost. Driving from NY to Florida my Kia SUV started pulling to the left. We called CarMax and were told that Allen Tire is an affiliate. We got an appointment immediately and the car was rolling in 90 minutes...no charge! I can not speak more highly of the facility...the gentlemen behind the counter...or the mechanic who worked on my car! If only all businesses operated on this level! Thank you, Allen Tire!

I needed 4 new tires and I needed them fast, like that day. I called this store as the Goodyear website directed me to them. I do not know all 3 of the Gentlemen who helped me that day, but I can tell you they were fantastic! They followed through with everything they said they would. Tires price did not change. Service costs did not change. Tires and alignment were done in the time they promised. Finding an honest mechanic shop is hard, but my experience that day with this Allen Tire and the 3 employee's will for sure have me come back the next time I need tires!

Both of my headlights had gone out simultaneously and I had to wait 9 days to get an appointment at the Hyundai dealer. My friend recommended Allen Tire. I'm so glad I did! They took me the same day I called. Service was quick and cost less than I paid for those short lived headlamps that burned out. Thank you!!

True story. Took car to repair shop #1 in Moseley for car door repair. Door turned out fine but repair shop gave me a list of $2500 in repairs that were "needed" so I took car to repair shop #2 further down Hull. Their assessment listed NONE of the repairs from repair shop #1, however listed over $2k in OTHER repairs, and was told my car was in "dire need" of some repair and would not pass inspection. Finally, took car to Allen Tire and was told that 95% of what both repair shops identified as dire or very much needed were completely fine and even fixed an item that one of the

We have been going to this Allen Tire for 20+ years and have consistently been treated with respect and honesty. The staff has truly become like family and we would not trust anyone else with our vehicles and our safety. Recently, my daughter, while at college, experienced a car issue and she took her vehicle to a college-local Goodyear. She was told she had a cracked head gasket and the repair would run +$4,000 and that she should not drive the vehicle. We had been going here for at least 10 years for everything. Until now, they lost our trust so in turn they lost our business. At first, the steadily increasing prices were a sign of the times...to make a long story short, we thought a quote was kind of high so we took it to another mechanic for a “second opinion”.
We brought the car somewhere else and they quoted us half the price and instead of replacing all the parts Allen Tires said were worn, they said they were fine and didn’t need to be replaced.
Oh yeah, the other place? The dealership...no way, right?

I came in to get my truck inspected and I was told the truck would be ready at noon. When I got there they had not started working on it. They charged me 400 dollars to change the emergency brake pads. I should have not come here but I learned my lesson I wont be back for anything. I feel like they only took advantage of the fact I needed my inspection done. Dont bring your car here because they are too high and they dont value your time.

I begin by saying I do not work for Allen Tire and did not receive any financial compensation from them for writing this review. My 2006 Mustang GT had the dreaded check engine light go on. Allen Tire noted that I had a leak, and water had gotten behind the dashboard. They suspected this was related to the check engine light problem. They said I should bring the car to the Ford Dealership to find the leak source, and fix the check engine light. The Ford Dealership found and repaired the leak, and to fix the check engine light they replaced the Body Control Module and spark plugs. When I picked

Nail in the tire, 1:30 in the afternoon on a Saturday. Other shops couldn't get the tire until Monday. We were going out of town on Monday, so NOT an option. Allen Tire stepped up, had the tire and had us running before they closed. (Did I mention they close at 3pm on a Saturday, and we walked in at 1:30?)
Yeah, they not only got my business this time..but in the future too.
