I absolutely LOVE this place. My children and I use a variety of their services. Everything from cleanings, regular checkups, repairs, to Invisalign. They are knowledgeable about billing insurance companies, super friendly, incredibly easy to work with & available when we have an emergency. I won’t go anywhere else.

Tried to make an appointment about a month ago because I was having problems with a tooth, and was rudely turned away by the receptionist. All she said was "were not taking Medicaid patients" and hung up on me. Didn't think it would be a problem since they're always boasting about how they'll take anyone, especially when they're in pain. Called her out and now I'm blocked from their fb page 😬😬

How, pray tell, am I going to "meet" with the dentist to "figure out a way to pay" when I get hung up on immediately?

Both my and my son’s insurance was charged for work not completed. Very pushy to schedule appointments then and there. The hygienist we saw was wonderful. The dentist, Dr. Woods, not so much. I had a horrible fear of the dentist before going here and this office made it a lot worse. I cannot recommend.

We tried to make an appointment for an out of town family member today. We explained that the family member had been there before but unfortunately the person on the phone could not find any records. We had a definite date in mind because the family member would only be in town a short time and needed a filling. Unfortunately the person on the… phone was more interested in getting to lunch or coffee perhaps. She said, “ actually it’s a hippa violation for me to talk to you “! What? Aesthetic Family Dentistry including their front desk staff, their dental hygienist, assistants, and dentists are all incredibly kind, thoughtful, welcoming, and comforting staff. Where there is a fear and stigma around dentistry, this office is one of the most incredible dentistry offices I have ever had the pleasure of visiting and experiencing.… If you need dental work done on yourself/your kids, I absolutely recommend this office.

This is the BEST dentist I have ever been to! I had a painful tooth that needed to be extracted and Dr Scott got me in the next day (and it was the day before Thanksgiving!) AND he texted me the next day (Thanksgiving) making sure I was ok, I've never had a dentist do that! I usually hate dentists, but I will definitely be returning to this one. Thanks Dr Scott! 🙂

Just recently got had a root canal done here, it’s was by far the best experience I’ve ever had at any dentist. Dr. Scott and the entire team, worked around my schedule and helped me get my work done as quickly as possible. Not to mention I have pretty bad dental anxiety, but It was 100% painless and they were so helpful through the entire process. I highly recommend Aesthetic dental to anyone who needs work done.

I haven’t seen a dentist in longer than I’d like to admit here. I’ve had some rough experiences in the past, that has kinda kept me from visiting.
Unfortunately some tooth pain brought be in today. And FORTUNATELY, I found the greatest dentist out there. Was totally worth the drive to Wasilla.
They got me in and helped me in every way imaginable,… were super polite, fun to chat with, and understanding of my current situation with work, etc.
Dr. Woods was super awesome. He remembered seeing my daughter a couple weeks before, and even knows his superheroes, which completely

I was blown away by their up to date equipment and excellent customer care. The front office is warm and comfortable as you wait and the ppl there where so understanding of my pain and where quick to get me in also they are open on Saturdays as a self employed person this is excellent for me. The people were great! I came in for pics and exam. Ended up having a deep cleaning, and Holly was gentle, polite, thorough, friendly and professional. She had a cancellation and she gave it to me to come back and do that deep cleaning. ❤️ Dr. Woods was thorough in explaining what was going on with my teeth and gums, explained my ex-rays and treatment and the outcome. He too was very kind and professional. The Administrative assistant that greeted me was very friendly as well and made sure that my insurance was going to cover everything, and I wouldn’t be out of pocket for anything, without
