My experience with State Farm has been new and rather recent (only had renter’s for a year and just got an auto insurance policy), but State Farm has made it so easy for me. They have told me everything I need to know about policies, talked the finer details in a way I could understand, and were extremely patient with my many many misunderstandings of details. All in all, I have absolutely loved my experience with them and every phone call has been a joy. Shout out to Travis and Daniel (hopefully I spelled their names right…).

We switched to State Farm from Allstate definitely for the better prices. The customer service at Roger O’Connell State Farm is outstanding. We have always had positive interactions with the personnel. When we were in a jam, State Farm was there. Special thanks to Mr. O’Connell Danielle and Travis. I completed a survey on TikTok and since then received tons of insurance calls. Today, I spoke to Liz and Sarah both of whom were so pleasant and professional. They listened, provided options, and offered solutions. I appreciate that they were not pushy salespeople but really wanted to help...that is exemplary of good custom service and I look forward to working with them. Great job ladies...I hung up on everyone else. Keep being GREAT!!!

I love this crew so much, they work so well as a group. Very responsive and knowledgeable on your needs and what needs to be done.
