I can't say enough great things about Scott and his team! I was comparing insurance rates online and Scott's office called me to offer their help. I was between a few companies but Scott's patience explaining State Farm's policy vs the other insurance companies was above and beyond. He sat on the phone and went line by line as we compared. This is my first time getting insurance of my own and I was blow away by Scott and his team's customer service! Thank you Scott and Alex!

A few months ago, my husband and I were comparing insurance rates from 4 different agencies. The representatives from the State Farm Office of Scott Burkhard, were OUTSTANDING in all regards! Norlene has worked tirelessly trying to resolve an out of state issue, never losing her patience with me, and always responds immediately. My favorite thing about this team is the personal service.
