This law firm really cares about their clients and staff. My first experience with them was when they helped a family member of mine a few years back. When I got into a car accident in 2020, they were the first firm I chose to call because of how well they treated my family. Cree was amazing! 1st thing was medical care and fast ! Within the fist few days of taking my case I was seen by my Dr.s. My fathers lawyer Koungnang is fantastic. Very detailed, and organized. Caring for client, kept him updated on the case. She took care of our fathers needs. She seemed out and assisted with physical therapy set up with a physician that spoke his language. Assisted with xrays & pain management needs. It was wonderful to have someone that spoke Laos to get him through the process. We will be recommending her to our family and friends.

Please read !!!! I know most people always say that lawyers are cold and don’t truly help but I can say this is completely untrue. The moment I called them I felt I was protected and cared for, Juan Gallo the Senior Case Manager was always helpful returned my calls, and always had my questions answered. Was referred to Tingey Injury Law Firm by a friend that happened to be Chan's daughter. Chan was our case worker and she made all her intentions clear. I was in two really horrible accidents last summer. It was really hard for me and I was in a ton of pain, but I felt comfort knowing my cases we’re in good hands. Leslie was my awesome case manager and Erika also worked diligently on my behalf. They both went above and beyond to help resolve the claims. I’m very thankful for them! One case went into litigation and I appreciated that I was updated on it often. I pretty much gave up on it but the team didn’t and continued to fight for me. This by far the most inexperienced law firm when it comes to handling Workers Comp.
My family and friends have used Tingey law firm for over a decade so when a situation arose me being injured on my job I reached out to Tingey & Tingey.
Worst mistake of my legal endeavors. Attorney Miguels approach to litigation is novice at best and I am being kind since he seem to be a great person.
But that's about it. Attorney Miguel needs a few more years under his professional career before taking on an experience workers comp company attorney.
Take my advice do not consider hiring Tingey

I give Erika at Tingey Law Firm five stars! She went above and beyond her job with my case. She always kept in contact with me via email updating me on the progress of my case. This is an incredible lawfirm. I was injured inside of clothing store, and the retailer refused to reimburse me for my hospital costs. Tingey Injury Lawfirm went toe to toe with one of the biggest fashion retailers on the planet, and won with ease. These are hard working people who are entirely honest in their dealings. If you want to avoid the fluff and slime, work with this firm. They do business right.
