The anniversary of my accident recently passed, and it reminded me how glad I am to have found The 702 Firm. I met Jeff Temple because we both volunteered for a non-profit organization. The 702 Firm was not, unfortunately, the first firm I consulted. At the recommendation of a colleague I retained a very large, well-advertised firm. To put it politely, they were completely incompetent. Jeff and the 702 Firm was the polar opposite of the first firm. The 702 Firm was professional, responsive, organized, and competent. Michael Kane did a good job representing me. But then his law firm hired the attorney that screwed up my case Tracy D. To see this it was a kick square in the teeth. And after seeing this I could no longer recommend the 702 law firm to a friend or somebody that I know that gets hurt in an accident. Tracy showed her incompetency writing the complaint and Traccee' not asking for future care and wanted me to delay back surgery. Then the 702 hires her. I just want to warn anyone that deals with this law firm to look out for Tracy she is totally worthless in my opinion and in my case

I was referred here by a close personal friend who is a lawyer on the east coast. A Joel from this firm called me quickly to ask about our case. He told me he'd run it by the partners and get back to me. Nearly a month later I had to reach out to them to follow up. Needless to say Joel didn't return my call. Look If you don't think there is a case, that is fine, but be professional and call me back. This call took place in February and I still to this day have heard nothing from this guy. I'm very happy I chose the 702 Firm to handle my case involving an accident where I was rear ended. Greg did great in keeping me informed about my case, and making sure my injuries were getting better over time. He was always easy to contact and I wish i would've found him sooner. Just an update on my case with this law firm. I finally have a great atttorney who seems to genuinely care about myself as a client after all the time I have dealt with this accident and where I was the victim and a commercial driver in my law suit. Normally it's the truck driver who is always found at fault but not this time.

This place talks a big game. They say they can do this and that for you. They tell you everything you want to hear to sign up with them. I tried contacting them first by email then phone for a month. Once they finally returned my call they tell me they can't take the case because it's not enough money and not worth their time. This place is a joke and a waste of time.

This may be the WORST LAW FIRM in the valley and you need to avoid at all costs. First and foremost, they make absolutely no attempt to contact you, keep you abreast of the case and you end up chasing them down, which only makes them sound annoyed that you actually want to know about your case. You end up having to find out about the case through other means, while the lawyer twiddles their thumbs. Please don't seek their legal help.

About a year ago, I was in a terrible car accident, where my car was totaled. It was suggested that I call 702 Firm. I wasn't going to call but I did and immediately they helped me. Michael and Brad were the attorneys that handled my case, but their assistant Yanara was very helpful.
