Sadly I wrote a wonderful review for Acute Home Healthcare and because I am not adept with saving items on the computer it just disappeared. So here we go again. Acute HH is the best and deserves 10 Stars if I could do it. All of their employees who came to my home to help me regain my strength and ability to function normally. They were all so caring and did all they could to help me keep my balance, function in my home and watch out for me that I felt so happy every time one of them showed up. Oscar my nurse was so attentive and helped me to regulate my blood pressure to be normal again. Jenny

I am so excited to write this review! I was hired at Acute only a short while ago and the team I work with welcomed me with open arms. Everyone was so warm, kind and helpful. I have never met more hard-working people that truly care about people...co-workers and clients alike. Everyday I leave the office and think about how everyone does their jobs so brilliantly and with so much empathy and compassion, which is what healthcare should always be about!! I don't know what I did to get blessed with a job that doesn't feel like a job and to be a part of team that so quickly feels like family! Listen

Today I start a New Journey career wise and I look forward to working with this Amazing company!
I have to say walking in first day of Training with the CEO at Acute Home Healthcare was a major surprise and showed me that they actually care about their employees which means a lot to me.
I look forward to new adventure and experiences with this company and can't wait to see where this leads me!
I would definitely want my family to be cared for at a place that puts such a high regard towards their employees and would highly recommend this company to anyone I know.

This agency is AMAZING! I have researched many places to care for my mom and they have exceeded my expectations. They are such a great team and go above and beyond for their patients and the family. It was very important for me to read the employee reviews, because it always says a lot for the quality and leadership of a company. I can say that the CEO ( Ian Rowe)even took time out of his busy day to answer some questions that I had. The case manager Sonia is very knowledgeable and straightforward, which I appreciate . I would love to give them more stars, but Google won’t let me.

The services provided by this company are completely unreliable. When care has been provided, it has been good. However, there have been several occasions (like the past 5 out of 7 days) when the care worker never showed up and no one bothered to call and let us know that no one was coming, even though the company knew the day prior that the services would not be provided.
The care needed is essential for daily living. When they do not come, life stops. It takes 3 1/2 hours to just shower the patient and get him dressed in the morning as he literally weighs twice as much as his caregiver. The
