As a certified treatment center, our medical staff have been trained to prescribe, dispense and administer SPRAVATOand have established processes and procedures in accordance with the REMS. A healthcare provider will provide direct supervision as the patient self-administers SPRAVATO and will monitor every patient after every dose for at least two hours for resolution of sedation and dissociation and changes in vital signs.
SPRAVATO must never be dispensed directly to a patient for home use. Additionally, all patients will require transportation from APG Healthcare following the observation period, as they should not drive or operate machinery until the day after a treatment session, following a restful sleep.

Dr. Heidi Maboudi founded Advanced Psychiatric Group, P.A. (APG Health), an outpatient Behavioral Healthcare Clinic, in 1992 with two providers. APG Health specializes in providing effective and efficient behavioral health care, psychiatric care and family counseling. Dr. Maboudi received her Doctoral Degree in Healthcare and Finance from Nova University in 2005.

Every available medication must go through clinical trial testing prior to being FDA approved. Alongside our private practice, our clinical research division conducts studies for depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, autism spectrum, Tourette's syndrome, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and other mental health disorders for all ages.

As a person in need of help I was treated as less than human and kicked to the curb without hesitation. One psychiatrist pushed addictive medication on me. When I switched, the next psychiatrist miscommunicated information, cast the blame on me and threatened me with dropping me as a client. I would not recommend APG to my worst enemy.

This is by far the worst psychiatry office I've ever been to. And I am 40 years old and I have been seeing a psychiatrist since I was 18. By far the most awful unfeeling incompetent office I've ever dealt with. Dr Mayne has zero real regard for her clients and almost every single appointment would just say well let's just keep you where you're at on meds. Then I told her I need an adjustment and for over 4 visits straight not listened to a single concern and said we'd address next visit. I was referred APG Health some time ago and met with a NP named Gisselle. This was quite a few years ago, maybe 4. She was wonderful and empathetic. Something you would come to expect from a mental health facility. However, she left the practice and I met with NP Rubi. She was decent, did not have the same bedside manner Gisselle did and rushed me through our appointment. It felt as if they did not even give your thoughts and concern a second thought. I had a good experience here with my provider until I actually saw in detail what I was being billed for. I expect to pay for my appointments, nothing in life is free.
I called to question why I was billed two separate codes for each appointment (5 minute calls/appointment). When you go shopping you can see each purchase and charge, right?
When I called my insurance and the practices billing department I was told it's not "technically wrong". I kept asking, but what is the second charge... I don't understand why I have a 130 and 90 charge per apt.

I can't say better things about APG in general and Maria. They (including the manager) are very flexible, easy to work with, caring and they do a courtesy call to check whether my insurance changed, so they could update it in the system.
Regarding Maria, she really honestly cares for her patients. She is patient, kind, and will give her advise in a way that never comes as accusatory, but as a provider who really wants to help.
Guys... there are some rules to this place because they don't overbook or double book their patients. That means you get seen within 10 minutes of you being there. Fair

The office staff here are THE WORST. If you would like to be treated like a human being go elsewhere.
Rude and could care less about patients. I will say that we love our doctor but the staff here needs some work. Their "bedside manner" absolutely sucks. All of this after they moved our scheduled appointment causing his medication to lapse. So my child had to go without medication thanks to the poor planning of this office staff.

I was referred by a friend and I currently am with Juliette Nelson. She is super nice, positive and has such a natural caring personality and I definitely feel she is genuine and I’m completely comfortable with her. I am extremely happy I chose to give APG a try because she is amazing and the staff as well that I’ve spoken to when having to reschedule appointments.

I normally have excellent service. However, I must admit that I am not fond of paying for a visit PRIOR to the visit. Especially when the last "virtual" visit dis NOT pan out due to a lack of zoom details. When I explained the situation and asked for a rescheduled appointment for a face to face I was told that I would be charged a cancellation fee. I then proceeded to ask for the office manager's contact information and was not provided with this information. I was simply given a random office email. I be been an exemplary patient for 3 years. But I needed to ask a question about medication to my provider. The office manager, Alex, intercepted the calls five or six times and informed me that I could not ask a question unless I paid $135. I have insurance that can pay for my visits, but I've been paying cash because I like the provider, but there is no way I am going to pay to ask a simple question from my provider. I work in healthcare and patients call all the time to ask a simple question and we don't charge them. I was treated like a pariah and will not return

Clearly, we seek out psychiatric professionals because we need their help. I must say that Felicia Turner needs to seek pyschiatric help for herself. You MUST pre-pay your co-pay prior to your appointment or she will not see you and your appointment is cancelled. I did not receive the co-pay email prior to my last appointment - therefore, I didn't pay it, and when it came time to my appointment, she cancelled. I told her "sorry, I didn't get the co-pay email and I forgot it. I will pay right now." NOPE - she cancelled

I have interacted with Juliet Nelson on two occasions now and have nothing but high praise. Kind, courteous, informed and emotionally available and connected to me. I love to advice and prescription they gave me. It's been a life changer! I highly recommend! Honestly I already saw the reviews and thought it can't be that bad but they are terrible and Felicia Turner is the psychiatrist I saw and she's just awful and very rude. I cannot saw for the entire office but I honestly do not recommend seeing her at least. I've never had a health care professional act like she has. You're better off going anywhere else :)z

I am so shocked by some of the reviews here -- I've never had anything but great care and service from office staff to doctors. My guess is those with negative reviews need a place to vent and those with positive are not reviewing here because I believe they would far outweigh these few. Highly recommend!

This organization is the worst the staff is unprofessional and rude. Once you have an appointment they don't inform you that they don't have any parking available at their location. You have to park 2 blocks away in a grass area. This made us late for our appointment so we were informed that the appointment would be cancelled. Don't waste your time trying to see a doctor here.

I've been seeing Dr. William Jeter for about two years and even though I have moved out of Orlando to Clermont, I still make the drive to see him that's how satisfied I am with his care. He seems to genuinely care about my issues and my treatment. We make sure we find the right combination of medications and make sure I tolerate them. He takes an interest in my personal life outside of the ailments I see him for. The office is a popular one and like it's been said before Orlando is a big city, but Jeter is worth it. Yep the reviews are true! Visited APG healthcare today for my initial appointment which was scheduled for 11:15. I explained to their admin numerous times that I have a very strict work schedule and can only miss time during the day on my lunchbreak. Thus, it was important that my appointment started on time. They told me OK and to fill out all of my paperwork before I came in in order to expedite the process. I brought everything filled out and my mom even called and provided them her CC for today and future payments.

I would recommend this office to anyone! I have been coming here for years. The girls at the front desk are always quick to help me with refills and answer questions. Everyone always has a smile on their face :)
Also, the people who wrote poor reviews did not read the paperwork. I have canceled late before as well and that was my fault and received a fee, but I still continue to come here. No one is ever rude to me and I love my doctor and the staff!
