I’m currently living here and gave the office a 60 day move out notice. They only require a 30 day notice. It was about 45 days until my move out day, when I asked to extend my lease for 5 days as my new place would not be ready in time. I was told I would have to pay for the entire month up front in order to stay in my apartment for an extra week. I asked if there was a prorated option and was told that if someone rented the apartment before the end of the month I would get a refund, but it’s not likely. Soo my two options at this point are to pay $1200 for 5 days OR me and my 3 children will

We have lived here for 15 months. The first 10 months were excellent, our kids enjoyed playing here and made a lot of friends, we became close with a lot of our neighbors, and loved how kind the office employees were to not only us but our children too. I want to give special thanks to Memo the old maintenance man! He was a hard worker and kept the complex clean and was great with children. One hot summer day when the pool was closed he turned on the sprinklers for all the kids to play in. Back then I would've given this place 5 stars.

My husband and I lived here for two years. Quiet, spacious, big windows, and friendly community. However, I would give this place 5 stars if it weren't for the spider infestation. We lived on the ground floor and there are bushes lining the balcony area. The balcony was uninhabitable and the storage was overtaken and ruined our items in the balcony storage from the spiders. In the two years we lived here they were never sprayed for bugs. We quickly learned that spiders loved living in these bushes and they frequently invaded our apartment in all nooks and crannies. So be forewarned about living

I've lived here for about 3 months, and it's been pretty great for the most part. The grounds are kept beautifully maintained, you can tell the guys doing it really care about their job. I enjoy going on evening walks around the buildings to smell all the trees and whatnot. The prices are pretty fair, and the location is great if you enjoy the (big city, but not too big) style of Clinton. I've really enjoyed being here & I definitively plan on resigning. My only complaint is I wish there was a hot-tub!
