My aunt owns an apartment here, she loves it. The only complaint I 8 have is they have super slow wifi. Other than that it was great.

I've been here almost 4 years, I love the office staff, I've had no bugs or mice and the maintenance guys are very nice. The late fees are way to much tho. And they have done improvements, keep the rent down please and maybe reduce late fee amount. I like my place but dog owners clean up after your dogs!!!! It's gross and disgusting

I lived here for just under 5 years. Neighbors kept to themselves, close to a gas station, a walking trail, the highway, and the base. Yes the dumpsters are full often, it's a high turnover place being close to the base and a month to month option. The park was fun enough for the kids while younger and there is a lot of grassy areas to play at. I didn't make waves and the management treated me as such. Work orders got completed when submitted and we feel it was a good transition apartment.
