The salon was clean and lovely. There was a window overlooking a cute courtyard and it was a very peaceful vibe. Dmitri was professional and friendly and gave me a haircut that is perfect for me. I told him an idea of what I wanted but didn’t have a reference photo and it came out perfectly. He talked me through the different options before and during my haircut. I will definitely be returning. Thank y’all so much!

The salon itself is beautiful and clean. Very good vibes from the staff. My stylist is Tasha Renee. She specializes in EVERYTHING and ALL TYPES OF HAIR. Tasha Renee installs my extensions for me... most of the time she has to talk me into color because I'm so plain jane. My hairstyles always look natural and she shows me how to maintain my extensions in between visits. I've been a client of hers for about 20 years now. Tasha Renee is a true professional and really knows her stuff. Not going anywhere else.

Salon L’Eau is very fortunate to have Paul Bosserman on its staff. He is a first-rate hairdresser with old-school skills. My hair is curly and requires expert layering, which he does masterfully. Paul does point cutting on top so that the lower level of hair holds up the rest. This keeps it from flattening. I receive many compliments on the beauty of my hair, and have Paul to thank for doing such a wonderful job through the years.

The stylists here here are amazing and spa is fantastic.
The prices do seem to have recently gone up. I wish the front desk was more welcoming and friendly - they are often not accommodating when asking for changes and are not apologetic if they make an error on scheduling, etc which has occurred. When paying so much a friendly face at the front desk makes a big difference.

Kate D is an amazing stylist - she has done my hair for years and I have very thick and coarse hair. She has such a calming and attentive manner about her and very strong technical skills for work with my ethnic, difficult hair. Just when I think she has outdone herself with an amazing cut for me, I return back only to be more thrilled with my next style. She has also given me such a range of styles - She has helped me go from a beautiful caramel, to a deep chocolate brown, and even an amazing blond balayage. I cannot praise her work enough.

After foregoing haircuts for more than a year due to the pandemic, I was delighted to discover Salon L'eau and their commitment to safety with services outdoors, among many precautions. Kate was kind, lovely, knowledgeable, and did a fantastic job on my hair. I felt extremely safe in their outdoor space, and she made sure I was comfortable on a slightly chilly day. I was delighted with my experience, and already looking forward to returning!

The salon/spa is very clean. Salon L'eau is a great spot for hair , wax and nails. The salon is very cautious and professional during these COVID days. It's very clean, they check temperatures and there is appropriate spacing between clients. I highly recommend Nadia For waxing and facials and LoAnn is my go to for gorgeous hair color and cuts.

Kate is unbelievable. I'm a Washington, DC native and have had my fair share of experiences at "top tier" salons around the area. Believe me when I say that nothing compares. I have been seeing Kate now for years and can't trust anyone else with my hair! She never fails to amaze me with her talent and remind me that a hair stylist such as herself is so hard to come by. The salon itself is also amazing... adorable space with more than friendly people who make a day of pampering everything you need it to be. Can't say enough about Kate, this place and the people.

Perms are back! And if you're looking for soft beach waves then look no further. Tasha is your girl. I have bone straight, flat Asian hair and girlfriend worked her magic. She made the process effortless and comfortable each step of the way. Should relax some more in the next few weeks but I am loving the results.
Also, if you need a trim, Loann is my go to. She's thoughtful, considerate and a professional with those scissor skills. I had my first cut with her over 20 years ago and in love with her updated space. Must visit!

Very nice salon. Well organized, lots of natural light. I wanted to change up my color a bit, so I had the roots tinted and some high and low lights and then a trim and blow dry. I felt like the stylist, Kay, listened and took account of what I wanted. Quite expensive but not outrageous for the service and ambience. I should also mention that when I originally went in to see the salon and make the appointment, the owner was in reception and showed me around and made suggestions for stylists that would suit me, which was a nice touch.

I went to the salon for a an eye brow wax, manicure, and pedicure and Ana did a magnificent job with my gel manicure and excellent pedicure. First I absolutely loved the setting, it was clean, quiet, spa like, it smelled so inviting and the environment was so calm with the soothing music. I felt very pampered. Ana is a professional, my nails looked amazing as did my feet and she helped me choose just the right color. I also loved how my eyebrows looked. She always does such an amazing job. You will not be disappointed. Let Ana spoil you and she will make you look and feel dazzling an radiant

Very very happy with my nails done by Ly. I usually have a hard time deciding on what color I should get for my nails, so I was so grateful that Ly helped me pick out a beautiful color. She was professional, fun to chat with, and really took her time with my appointment. The whole shop is very cute and all the staff were very friendly!!

I came in on a Wednesday afternoon to have a hair treatment and cut by the salon owner, LoAnn. The hair salon is clean, bright and relaxing. Staff were attentive and friendly and the feeling in the place is laid back - it feels like an escape from the busy energy of the city. I enjoyed their reclining massage chairs at the hair washing station! The place has nice music (not too loud), updated equipment, and good ventilation, which is important when chemical treatments are being done. It never felt crowded or rushed.
