New location, same loving, cohesive community. It's been 6 years and I'm still here. Still learning new things, still training hard and getting better. Not an easy workout by any means, but there is something for everyone. Not all classes are available right now, but do take the time to peruse the offerings when it's safe. Dana (the owner and an instructor) makes sure to keep the equipment and studio spotless, and she puts ALMOST as much effort into that as she does into making sure you have a positive and encouraging experience.

I've been attending classes at Believe since Oct 2019! I have nothing but good things to say about this studio and the instructors! I've mostly taken Aerial Silks and Hoop classes and it started out fun! There is plenty to do even as a beginner and it's so fun to keep coming back and getting better and adding more tricks! I plan to keep attending classes here for as long as I can!

I went to the morning Trampoline class and it was a great way to start my morning. It was a full body workout. Small and intimate class. Great space and free parking. It was limited but open and easy due to the small class. In a much larger class that may not be the case. I didn't get to see what the restroom or locker room if they had one looked like but the instructor and class was awesome! It was moderate to intense cardio as well as total body with stretching added in at the end. It ended a few mins early and started a few mins late but you get your work and sweat in for sure. I recommend

I’ve been coming for a few years on my lunch breaks, primarily for Melissa C’s hoop classes. I am really picky with both my studio (good safety gear and safety culture) and my instructors (good at technique and understanding/coaching biomechanics). Believe is a large, clean studio with large safety mats, and Melissa is excellent at technique and coaching correct muscle engagement with a lovely, caring attitude. She is also great at modifying the classes for the students’ injuries or body issues to make it accessible for everyone but still worth while for the more advanced student.

Tried this studio for the first time to take the Trampoline Jumping Fitness class with Julie. I've never done anything like this before so I was excited to try it despite the fact that I have issues with my feet cramping up. It was a great workout and Julie is a wonderful instructor who made sure I knew what to expect. It definitely takes a level of coordination. I will definitely want to try it again.

I got a month's pass of unlimited classes and am halfway through. Being completely new to aerial I was a bit apprehensive before trying all these new classes, but having did, I can say that the instructors and gym itself are amazing! The instructors are very personable and fun, making the experience very welcoming. If you can find the time in your schedule these classes are definitely worth it!

Believe Fitness Studio is my happy place. I have a blast doing aerial yoga with Kristen. I am getting stronger while having fun! Everyone is so friendly and I am learning so much. I am always encouraged to push what I thought I could do and I am always surprised at the end of class by what I am capable of! Plus I really enjoy getting to see everyone doing hoops and silks and other classes. So many strong and talented people! I love this place!!

I love this place! I've taken a lot of the classes offered and I feel like I have learned so much from each. I am more flexible, I enjoy what is being done and the trainers are very attentive and sweet. I would recommend Believe Fitness Studio to anyone. It is a great way to get out of your comfort zone and try new things you didn't know your body was capable of doing.

My favorite Aerial Silk class so far.
I've been hopping around Los Angeles looking for a good aerial silk class and had the opportunity to try one here thanks to Class Pass. My instructor was amazing at accommodating everyone's skill levels and made sure we all had as much time as we wanted on the silks even though we had to share them. She was very attentive and gave amazing notes that made it so that I was climbing and doing all sorts of stuff I couldn't my first class.
The woman at the front desk was so welcoming and even took me on a quick studio/facilities tour before my class

I've always wanted to try anti-gravity yoga and found this place on yelp. It ended up being a really nice studio and everyone was so nice there! I tried the beginners class with Kristen and she is he sweetest instructor you'll meet. She's very friendly, nice and such an adorable person all around. They have a lot of other super fun classes you can try out too like Pilates and pole dancing!
There were some downsides to this place I have to point out. (Why I've taken one star off.) They're very bad at picking up their phones and replying back to emails. I called several

I've been meaning to write a review for Believe for some time now.
I was referred here by a friend in November, and I haven't stopped attending classes! I would highly recommend Kristen Swain for your first class, if you've never done Aerial before. She's very helpful with beginners. Dana is a tough cookie, and that's my favorite thing about her! She pushes you and helps you get better and better with each class.
Everyone here is so wonderfully nice and welcoming, I've never felt left out or embarrassed for not doing something right/falling out of the hammock/messing

My best friend and I had the BEST experience here last night. We were welcomed by our first names by the desk assistant, Ariel. She gave us a tour of the studio, which is not only spacious but very well kept and clean. We got to catch the end of the kids aerial class which was awesome to see the talent.
We took the aerial fitness open level class. We did a full body warm up with lots of stretching. They we used the trapeze for shoulder warm ups and to loosen up our bodies. We did a few different moves on the silks, depending on your fitness level. We ended the class with a hoop exercise.

Was looking for an aerial arts class, in hopes to start a new hobby. Found this studio, and I couldn't be happier.
I took the lyra (hoop) class last Thursday, and had Karen as my instructor. She was very patient and helpful, and made sure to equally help the beginners and the more advanced. To say the least, I'm completely intrigued by Lyra now and would love to eventually become more advanced!
Also, everyone at this studio is very welcoming, and accepting of new people joining. It's refreshing! So take a class, you won't regret it!

While all of your friends are checking into the boring gym, you can post about how much fun you had while you worked out! I love to post about my antigravity (aerial) yoga workouts because 1) it's a huge personal achievement 2) it's bragging rights when you can achieve some of the poses 3) everyone is intrigued that you can do such a workout 4) no one has cooler workout photos than you! Please see my pictures if you are curious :)
Believe is my FAVORITE place to work out and AERIAL YOGA is my favorite workout. I've now been doing aerial yoga for one year now. I do it 1-2 times per
