I worked with Ben for a year to help improve thoracic mobility primarily. Along the way, I gained mobility in a lot of ways - improved squats, improved deadlifts, improved running - and a lot less pain. I would definitely recommend him and am very grateful for all of his help and knowledge.

Last year, I stumbled upon Ben Baron in a Google search. I'm 38 and have mild scoliosis. I dealt with back pain and injuries for years - things I assumed I would deal with for the rest of my life. As a rock climber who spends 2-3 sessions a week at the climbing gym and weekends climbing outside, I found myself in a cycle of chronic injury and fatigue. I had resorted to taking four months off from the activity I love, and was worried I needed to take more time to heal. Ben Baron is so smart. He has seriously, permanently, helped me overcome a half dozen chronic body issues, especially neck and back problems that hadn't improved with traditional physical therapy. His exercises are so targeted , it's like he put me back together piece by piece. My physical integrity has returned and I'm no longer getting injured during activity. I am not a natural gym-goer, nor a good disciplinarian when it comes to exercise programs. Yet Ben has provided such a great scaffolding of exercises, I can keep up a daily practice even when time or travel constrains me.

Training with Ben has been a life changing experience. Because of an Achilles tendon injury (and another older back injury) I was having a lot of muscular pain and tightness on one side of my body. I had tried a range of treatments which helped but did not have a permanent effect. Needless to say I was getting worried I would have to live with daily pain.

Hello, I have worked with Ben Baron for several years to correct issues surrounding surgery I had on my back L5/S1. He has helped to improve my posture and reduce my pain level tremendously. As someone who has struggled with chronic back issues, I needed to find a very special trainer who believes in a holistic approach, with attention to both posture and fitness. There is hope! I can not recommend Ben enough. I have been suffering from chronic neck and jaw pain for the last 10 years. In the last 3 years the pain had moved down to my hip and lower back, the pain was so immense that I dreaded walking from my car to the house. I had the pleasure of training with Ben with strict goals in mind. He not only helped me with my weight loss goals but is so much more than a trainer. Fitness has always been a part of my lifestyle as far back as I can remember. It wasn't until I started training with Ben, however, that I learned how to properly train my body to gain strength and balance with proper form and function. Throughout high school and college, I played sports. Weight lifting was essential to growth and improvement on the playing field, and my goal was to train for size and strength. The notion of lifting as heavy as possible was drilled into me by my coaches. I pushed more weight than I could handle with what I thought to have been proper technique and form.

Although I could not be happier to recommend Ben, nothing I write here will adequately commend his vast knowledge and teaching ability. After training with Ben for only 2-3 sessions, I was irreversibly chnaged and will never hear anyone mention back pain again without suggesting Ben. If you have chronic joint pain, Ben can help you. He assesses you before every session noting every detail of your muscles and posture, monitors you closely (almost frustratingly) during each exercise, and alters the program as you progress. I am thankful I stumbled across Ben as he permanently improved my exercise
