Signed up for preventative maintenance plan $169.95 in April 21. That's 2 visits (1 every 6 months). First visit tech informs me my blower motor is bad and can go anytime. Tells me it's expensive and probably need new unit. Leaves me invoice with no mention of motor issue. Call shop and they tell me to look at email invoice they sent, no invoice because they never asked for my email. Snail mail invoice to me and I call about blower motor because unit is only 9 years old. Marty ask for model and serial number and date of install. He calls me back and GUESS what, unit still under warranty

I just wanted to take time out to say your technician Stevie was awesome. He knew exactly what the issue was and he was able to fix it within 10 minutes. tomorrow is my birthday and thanks to Stevie I will not have to sleep in a hot house. Just a Shout out to Mills Air and Kyle! System shut down we called the company (undisclosed) who installed the system and they said it would be two days to get to us! Not Mills Air, Kudos to having someone to our house in under an hour. Kyle was Awesome, diagnosed and fixed in less than 30 minutes. Just can't say enough. Thank you Mills Air!

A/c went out on , was shopping around found these guys. Called and spoke to Steve , who gave me a quote. Had another quote from another company , who was slightly cheaper. But they could not do the install till Monday of the following week. Called back Steve to see if I could get the same price and a closer install date. Steve was fantastic, not… only did he give me the price. But they installed the next day, talk about service. The technicians were Dave and Tyler , which were amazing to deal with. The team at Mills Air was wonderful. Air went out at 8:00 pm and by 8 am the office team had already called and Josh the service tech came and fixed the unit in a flash! Had the capacitor with him and I was feeling the cool breeze in minutes! Thanks so much for the efficient service, response team and economically priced repair!! Great Company!

Fed up with this company. Every time they come for a service the rate changes. Now I have a unit that's 3 years old that they installed new and they can't figure out why it's not cooling. Unbelievable.

I am a Mills air customer with a service contract and a 10yr warranty. My unit is two years old. The 24/7 service is not real. The secretary who answers is polite but she explains that the technicians are not required to respond, don't respond to her so she has no idea how many techs are working or if they are. Making a service call is easy but you will get no validation that it was received. After hours 24/7 Is touted several times but no one calls back . They tell you they can come first thing In the morning, but they don't call and confirm.

At the time I called them, I had no idea the problem with my AC but, the thermostat was not functioning properly. They came and could have charged me for a new thermostat but, the service guy said that my drain line was backed up and promptly fixed it. Based on their honesty, I hired them for the annual service. I will update based on the experience.

I scheduled a service call with Mills. The technicians never showed up. I called the company to ask what was going on and the service rep told me they had to postpone the service and wanted me to reschedule. I took the day off of work for this. I will not be contacting this company again. A curtesy call would have been nice.

Mills Air customer service was professional all the way from the secretary to their technician. Getting an appointment was easy and the staff was friendly. The technician was very knowledgeable and made all the necessary repairs, without trying to up sell me. He took the time to explain my new thermostat and showed me exactly what the issue was and what he did to fix it. My house is cooling faster and more efficiently than ever before.
