When we recently bought our new home in Temecula, we knew from our home inspection that we had some plumbing needs right away. We had several companies provide quotes, but went with Roger Miller's Plumbing because of their customer service, the education they gave regarding a few items we could fix on our own, and their great pricing. On the day of the install of our new water heater, the technician Dan was prompt, courteous, and respectful of our Covid precautions as we have young children at home at the time. We are so happy to have found a great company right off the bat.

Had a toilet that was not draining right and was in need of replacement because of age. Dan found roots in the pipe and lower part of the toilet. He went the extra and removed them and installed the new toilet. messy job but he left it all cleaned up.

Had a hot floor and suspected a water leak under our floor on a Saturday and called Roger Miller's Plumbing - Roger was at house first thing Monday morning with test equipment which confirmed the leak, isolated it to a certain manifold in a wall, and gave us a estimate. Wednesday he started and finished the whole job by running a pipe through the attic to bypass the leak, neat, clean, and reasonable work---I would HIGHLY recommend Roger Miller's Plumbing for any plumbing jobs. We have used Roger several times for big repairs...he fixed a broken sewer line and a leaking in house gas line. He is the best plumber we have ever used. He is thoughtful on the repair...thinking about the best, most cost effective way to fix the problem. He figured out how to fix our gas leak without tearing up the floor. He is absolutely honest. He is always fair on the price. He is a plumber which I simply say and have said....Roger just do what you think is best...I trust your judgement and experience. We had our main water line break and called our favorite plumbing company, Roger Miller. When we called to see if someone was available, they made us feel like a neighborhood friend. As usual, they exceeded our expectations by sending someone out even though they had numerous other appointments that day. It is definitely not fun working upside down in a six foot muddy hole but that's what they did, fixing the issue in a few hours.

Trying to swap out bathroom faucets I had an issue due to old original plumbing. Tried to resolve it myself after consulting someone at the local home supply store but couldn't. Called Roger Miller Plumbing and they were able to send someone out in 30 minutes. Problem resolved and then some within 45 minutes.
Very courteous and knowledgeable. Would definitely call them again if needed.
