So my water heater went out on Sunday. Monday morning I called a few plumbers to get an estimate for installing a tankless heater. Dan gave me a really good quote, didn't try to sell me any unnecessary items. He was always very quick to respond to any questions I had. Once I decided to go with him, he got me on his schedule really quickly (within a couple days), and showed up exactly when he said he would. My water heater went out on a Monday morning. I went out in my garage and saw a trail of water running through it. I work full time and had to get it done the same day. I had requested quotes through several companies on Yelp. I got a call from Dan the owner and his quote was by far the best! He showed up to my house an hour later and had it installed a couple hours after that. It was fast, friendly and professional service. What a awesome plumber! Called in a panic because we thought we had another slab leak, because the meter showed we had a leak somewhere and we couldn't find it. He was out to our house in a few hours. Could find the leak, so he said he could check the toilets, because some models run with the factory settings. He was 100% right. Super reasonably priced. We found our go-to plumber!

My kitchen sink was clogged and I needed help ASAP! I contacted Dan and he called me right back and he was available for same day appointment. He fixed my sink and also installed an outside clean out drainage, I think that's what they're called. Anyways he got the job done fast and at an affordable rate. I highly recommend his service.

I was referred to Dan by B and B Pump service. When I called Dan I was expecting he may not want to drive to San Juan and if he did, it would be a month before I could actually get an appointment.
WRONG! I called Dan and explained my small job which was to replace my hot water heater in a tough location well out of his normal area of service...HE TOOK THE JOB! AND He worked me in right away! I would give Dan 10 stars if I could... as a busy Realtor he has taken amazing care of many of my clients! I have been so impressed with the quality of his work and service that I've even used him for my own plumbing needs! Today he truly saved the day when a shower cartridge went out at my home, resulting in my needing to shut off my water. I called Dan after seeing very good reviews on Yelp. I explained we had a clogged tub even after purchasing our own solutions and trying to take care of it ourselves. He was able to give me a quote over the phone and within the hour he was at our house. Texted Winder at 2:25pm on Saturday saying I had a broken outdoor faucet that I beleive needed cutting soldering and a new faucet. I had to shut my main water off due to the faucet being wide open and unable to close. Received at response at 2:29pm saying they could be right out.

Clean cut, honest with decades of plumbing experience. In my business I've had a working relationship with Dan for over ten years and I have no hesitation recommending him for any of your plumbing needs.
