We are from out of town and these people have treated us like family. We are so grateful to have found such a wonderful crew to work on our converted Ford Transit van, we could not have found a better place! We got our front struts and bushings replaced by Jake and he did a fantastic job. He finished the job much faster than what Wiscassett Ford quoted us for. At JM they are all meticulous, honest and hard working. Bobbie who manages the business is kind and is full of knowledge about car stuff. Sylvia who answers the phone is always fun to talk to. All of the mechanics know EXACTLY what they are

Customer service is great all the time, was very easy to set up since the first time and they made sure it fulfilled our expectations. Now We use the cleaning service biweekly and we really like it. Lacy is here every time on time, with a big smile and ready to do an excellent job.

John and his staff were awesome!! My motor gave out and John was able to find a replacement and get it installed within my budget The entire staff were very professional and very informative. I was not shocked by any prices that were not quoted. I am now a loyal customer.

The absolute most honest and reliable mechanic in the area. Get away from the in town, shady mechanics... You know who I mean if you're from the area.. just saying if somebody claims to turn quick, and instead crashes straight into the ditch, it's a place to avoid.. JM is the holy Grail of family run garages. I'll never go anyplace else, unless they get sick of my fleet of old trucks ☺️

Both Jon the mechanic & his wife Bobbie were extremely pleasant to deal with when we brought in our Volvo XC90 for service. Jon was very honest about a repair we thought we needed and actually did not, saving us money on the total repair bill. I would absolutely recommend their services and will be a repeat customer for sure!
