The team at Colby and Gale are fantastic; they're extremely helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly. I'm visiting from out of the state and couldn't wait several days for an emergency check so they let me drop off my car despite being booked out for the next couple of weeks already! They fixed my car within a few hours and even performed a complimentary inspection! Thank you Dan and team, you guys are amazing!

Easily the best service experience I have ever had. Stopped in town on the way to Boston and popped by tire in a parking lot. Luckily, Colby & Gale was within eyesight so my partner and I walked over to see if we could get an appointment (thinking we'd be stuck all day)...To our luck and amazement, their staff were SO helpful, kind, patient and professional! They did not have our tire in stock and jumped through hoops to get one from another station for us. Without even asking. Like, who does that?? My local mechanic here in Mass. would laugh in my face if I asked them to do what the folks at Colby

They have a great new system where the inspectors take pictures of any issues they see on your vehicle and then provide comments on why they are concerned about the issue. This helped me clearly understand the needs of my vehicle. I will be using C&G service again.
