Dr. Gena Guerriero and Dr. Jenny Nobles founded Family Animal Medicine in 2012 with that very idea as their core principle. Focused on caring for the pets who make our families whole, Drs. Nobles and Guerriero have worked hard to incorporate their values into the day to day operations at FAM. Our staff is committed to providing our patients and clients with the best possible care.
Family Animal Medicine provides full-service veterinary care for small animals at our hospital in Owasso, Oklahoma. Our clients come from surrounding communities for the care and services of our staff at FAM. Beyond our doctors and technicians, we offer boarding and playcare, as well as spa days and grooming with our new groomer, Jen.

If you have a question about a service that you do not see listed here, please call us at (918) 609-6111. We now offer a new way to schedule appointments! To best accommodate you, we recommend you schedule an appointment for your pet ahead of time. This will allow us to best serve you and your pet in a timely manner.
Our friend and mentor, Wanda Cline (pictured below), loved animals almost as much as animals loved her. After she passed a few years ago, we wanted a way to honor her legacy and remember her selfless love and giving to countless animals over the course of her life. Wanda's dear friend, Sam Alix, was a long-time client and friend of many of us here at Family Animal Medicine (FAM), and we knew Wanda would want Sam honored right along with her.
We love FAM! We took our previous dog there for four years before his passing. They were so wonderful to us in his final days helping us navigate his illness and what our options were. We now take our sixth month old puppy there. The staff remembers our family and called to check up on our dog after his most recent treatment.
Whether you're leaving on a family vacation or headed away for a work trip, you can trust that our staff will provide constant loving and skilled supervision and care. Your dog's health is our priority and you can rest assured that they will be in great care while you're away. One of the major benefits to boarding with a veterinarian is that your pet is under the care of trained professionals.

I brought my 4 legged son here and they were AMAZING! He ended up getting his annual vaccinations and had a reaction to one of them and his face started to swell. They had me rush back and gave him the everything he needed to be back to his chipper self y before walking out. You can tell the truly care.

My pup has been having worsening seasonal allergies and got some sort of bump on his paw from a cut, so we called the vet and got an appointment. We’ve gone to them for a while, and they’ve always been great and given the best recommendations for how to keep Booker healthy. The front desk is more than helpful and they both know my pup, what he’s getting done that day, and a fun little story to help me destress when Book worries his first time dog parent. The procedure was done hours faster than we anticipated (we hadn’t scheduled the visit specifically for the growth, so it was by Dr. Albin’s

We took our dog to have a wellness exam. The front desk was friendly. The nurse was amazing , very kind and informative. The doctor was prompt - provided us information and answered all our questions. They made our nervous puppy’s visit as great as possible! I highly recommend

Never again!! My dog had a broken leg. I heard it break when I watched her slip and fall. They kept her ALL DAY from 8am till 5. Told me break was too bad for them to see. Charged me over $800 for wrap and x ray! Took her to specialist. They charged me $300 to repeat the X-ray because it was unreadable And they wrapped her leg. Family vet wouldn’t lower their bill.

I cannot say enough GREAT things about the doctors and staff at Family Animal Medicine. I have used FAM since they opened their doors in 2012. I am a dog mom to three boxers. My boxers LOVE, LOVE, LOVE to go to the vet! FAM is the first clinic, where I have not had to drag my dogs into the clinic. They actually WANT to go in! I not only use FAM for veterinary care, I also board my dogs there when I go out of town. When I pick them up from FAM they are happy, relaxed, and NOT STRESSED! I have referred many friends to FAM, and they have been very happy with the care their pets have received as well

My daughter got a kitten, and is newly 18. She called to get a quote from the staff for a well visit for the kitten. They added fee after fee while she was in the office, and demanded payment before leaving. The quote they gave her was $50; they ended up charging over $160.
I called in and asked for the office manager, to see if/why this is standard practice for them. She’s trying to be a responsible owner, and they stuck it to her. They didn’t even offer her a payment plan. Well, must be standard practice, and they must not care because they ignored all of it.

They are amazing! I cannot say enough great things about them. They truly care about your animal as if it's their own. They got us in the same day and even followed up with us the next day to see how our sick puppy was doing. I highly recommend them if you're looking for a vet that truly cares about your animal!
