This place was the ONLY place willing to work my pup in the week of Thanksgiving. Not only that week, but that day. We didn't have an appointment but the situation provided that she get checked out immediately and (specifically other vet offices within a mile) other places that we tried to get into could have cared less that we had an urgent situation that could result with a deceased dog. Many kuddos to the staff at this clinic.

Nothing but good things to say. They are diligent about their Covid precautions. They did a great job with my dog and I especially appreciated the time and detail the veterinarian took on the phone with me when he was describing the prognosis and treatment. They are also very efficient. Got me in the same day which was not a small thing.

Let me first say that I’m one of “those” pet moms with an adorable ankle biter. I was scared to death to leave my baby to be neutered. I was worried that catching him up on shots and the surgery would be too much for him and I had already envisioned the worst. They were so sweet to me and understanding. They took such great care of him!! His big brother loves going to see them and I will never take my boy to anyone else!

At this time, staff is coming to vehicles parked in labeled spaces and retrieving/returning your pet. My drop off appointment experience was great. I got a call from the vet who communicated her recommendations and listened to and addressed any concerns. They gave me an accurate return pick up time. Wait time at pick up and drop off was under 10 minutes with a full lot of customers.
