Services
Lennox's Central Region is from Waco to the Dakotas, the center of the nation. There are 100,000 contractors in the United States. You could safely say there are thousands of Lennox dealers in the Central Region. Dalco is among the top 100 of all those dealers. That's saying a lot about Dalco and what the Dalco Team stands for.
Connect, simple and smart, the T6 Pro Smart Thermostat is ENERGY STAR certified and adapts to your lifestyle. It can learn your preferred confort levels over time and heats or cools on schedule. If plans change, it's easy to adjust your home's temperature from any of your connected devices. This WiFi thermostat allows you to enable geofencing to help save energy while you're away.
Your schedule may change. The weather may change. Even the air quality in your neighborhood may change. The iComfort E30 smart thermostat adapts to your life and to the changing environment to deliver comfort, energy savings and peace of mind. With universal equipment compatibility, this is the most versatile Lennox thermostat you can buy.
A regular programmable thermostat can't help you save energy because you have to set your schedule based on what you think it will be. But the smarter, more adaptable iComfort S30 helps you save energy without a second thought. The iComfort S30's Smart Away mode works with an app on your family's smart phones, to detect when the house is empty and automatically change the temperature to a more energy-efficient setting.
Much has been said about the benefits of purchasing energy-efficient appliances and their ability to help you save money and reduce your environmental footprint. Less is known, however, about the years of research and development that have gone into making these appliances more energy efficient. The resulting features enable today's high-efficiency models to use less energy while achieving the level of performance that you expect.

I wish I had read Larry G.'s review before calling Dalco because I too am a senior and feel like I was taken advantage of. I was told the double stick sequencer was sticking and probably needed replacing. I was charged $450.00 plus $88.95 service charge which most businesses will apply to the charge if you let them do the work. I later found double stick sequencers sold all over the web for $50.00 and below. Shame on this company for price gorging.

We needed our ducts cleaned so I called JD Points and even though they were slammed, he got someone out to our house in just a couple of days. They were on-time, kind, professional, and the quote they gave us for a new HVAC system was so much lower than the other company we had out a few months ago. After my experience I wouldn’t use another HVAC company. Highly recommend!

Seriously disappointed and feel taken advantage of in early spring 2020. I noticed a tilted drain pan on one of my A/C units, and called DALCO since they're close by. A serviceman showed up and determined that the pan had to be replaced and that kill switches should be placed on both the attic A/C units. He came back the next day with a helper, and in an hour flat they were gone. Cost? $800 ... I was shocked at the sticker price and as a senior should have asked for a discount of some kind. Instead DALCO gouged me for a $29 drain pan and two off the shelf kick starts. I'm a senior living

Generally, these are some very professional and kind people. They did an install for me back in 2008 which was excellent. The reviewer below who suggested they don't know what they're doing is way off base.
Unfortunately, in 2020 I have attempted to get that unit serviced. They were unsuccessful after the first visit. The next scheduled visit they forgot to write down, so never showed. I rescheduled that but they called and said another job was running long, so they couldn't come again. I suspect they are just a small crew and maxed out with the summer heat.

They did a great job figuring out the best way to make the install in some tricky circumstances at my house. Then the install crew came out and did a really fantastic job. They figured out several issues that were wrong with the install on my prior units, and corrected all that as they installed the new systems. Really great company and install crew. Highly recommend!

My experience with Dalco has been great. No complaints. There was a rebate available through the government b/c my unit was energy efficient and they filled out all the paperwork so all I had to do was submit it when I filed my taxes.
They sell Lenox equipment, which tends to be more expensive, but in Texas you want a reliable unit, and since my last one unexpectedly went totally kaput in August, I wanted something I could count on. My unit has like a 20-year warranty on either the motor or compressor, but it cools my house quickly and my electric bills dropped substantially.
I would suggest
