Serveway has been fabulous to work with! We initially reached out to them to re-charge our mini-split and called them back when our system stopped producing cold air. Their assessment confirmed what we thought was happening and they were able to guide us in discussions with replacing our system. Not only was the explanation of the "why" above and beyond (and very educational), they were able to get us a new system THE NEXT DAY. Their technicians are so well trained and equipped to explain what's going on, give you a different recommendations varying in effectiveness and cost, and were so quick

Their repair technician came out and misdiagnosed the problem they told me my AC unit was fine and that I would need to call an electrician, later that week I called an electrician the electrician told me that it's not it an electrical problem that it was the AC unit I was charged $367 by the electrician just to come out and tell me it was the AC unit also charge $70 by the by the air conditioning guy who misdiagnosed the problem they told me for my inconvenience and being charged 367 dollars by the electrical repair guy that they would fix my air conditioning at no cost it turns out that the motherboard

Jason came out on a very busy work from home day for me. He acknowledged my busyness took the new filter and went straight to work. I actually forgot he was up in the attic until he came down to let me know he was finished. Lol Very professional, understanding and knowledgeable in his area. The service technicians are polite, responsive, and meticulous about keeping your home clean and taken care of. Brian went out of his way to answer any question I had and explain every step of the way what he was doing and why he was doing it. He even fixed some things that were done incorrectly by the previous installer. Definitely recommend for all your HVAC needs.

The level of professionalism that this company displays is not what we have been used to when it comes to HVAC services! The only thing missing from Serveway's service are white gloves! The patience and precision that their technicians display is extraordinary! Our technician was Marquis and he helped us understand what was going on each and every step of the way.
I would highly recommend Serveway Heating and Air Conditioning for both their emergency on call service as well as their biannual system check.
