I have been working with Integrity Air for some time. From their office staff, Sheila and Pamela, the technitions Chris, Jamie and Alan and the owner Ben, I could not have asked for better service! Seth was our service technician today, and he was very thorough and careful in checking on each part of our air and heating systems, to make sure no problem was developing in any area. We really appreciate that because it helps so much to prevent many of the expensive problems that would occur without such effective and protective maintenance. Had an issue late at night with my A/C and I called Integrity. I spoke with Justin and he put me first thing on his schedule in the AM. He showed up earlier than I thought. His professionalism, timeliness, and responsiveness was very much appreciated and his work was great. Our A/C is blowing colder then before and in the Texas heat, that's needed!

Justin Hudson came the same day we called. He found problems in our systems that had been caused by our previous service company. Our rep (Justin), did an Outstanding Job! The way he reprezented this company, matched the name (Integrity). When he came to the house Justin was very professional, but down to earth. Very patient while we explained what we wanted and then explained the entire process step by step. He ask us to give him a day or two for the estimates because he had to do some calculations to go with his measurements. He came back with a quote for a unit that he recommended and we ask for a quote for the next unit down and he had that to us very quickly so wr could make our decision.
