For Best Property Mangement It is very important to match the right tenant to the right home. That person will fit the criteria we established. All tenant prospects are pre-qualified to make sure tenant needs match the rental homes prior to showings. Our dedicated professional leasing agents schedule appointments through CSS and show houses to tenant prospects.

Rent is due on the first of the month and is considered late after the 11:59pm on the third day. Tenants can mail rent payments or sign up for auto rent withdrawal from a bank account or pay directly through our website at tenant portal. If rent payments are not received in a timely manner, Best Property Management will contact the tenants for rent collection.

As part of our property management services, Best Property Management handles routine maintenance, repairs, and make-readies of your rental properties. After you sign the property management agreement, if the property is vacant, we will walk through the property, suggest any necessary repairs to make the property ready for leasing, and bring it up to the Texas Property Code.
