I asked the office staff to fix my mail box at my apartment building, two days go and when i drove up today to I check my mail it’s still broken with my mail in it. I was walked over and knocked on the door to the management and asked why mail mailbox was opened and unfixed when I asked them to fix it two days ago and they told me they didn’t have the part and had to order it.
I asked the lady upfront how long it’s going take for the part to come in and she tells me “I don’t know.”
I responded with “So how long will my mail box stay open?” and she says “I don’t know however

They rec’v 2 stars for their property manager. However, I was extremely unimpressed with their Trailing Vines location in Spring TX - upkeep and condition of the apartment/property. The apartments need extreme deep cleaning (to include air vents/carpet), remodeling, upgraded appliances and more. The buildings have an immediate need for infestation removal (pest control). My first impression was this was a place of “last chance” renters. The rent per month is completely outrageous for the condition of the units. The office manager was absolutely wonderful - unfortunately the overall management
