Awful. Agreed with other review - run. They don't answer calls. They called me back after 1.5 weeks (after I called several times a day) and scheduled to come out the next day. A lady called me the morning of the scheduled day and said they couldn't come out because they need two techs. They scheduled me for the following week. No one ever showed up, called, or communicated anything to me. Tried following up and they answered my call and immediately hung up. Do not recommend. Use four seasons!

Run. Don't use Accurate for installing or repairing your HVAC. They installed a new MagicPak in my condo unit and did a TERRIBLE job. They didn't install it correctly which caused me to pay multiple other companies to diagnosis and complete recommended solutions but didn't solve the problem of not cooling to a comfortable temperature. In the end had a supervisor come out and diagnosis that the unit was not installed correctly and they needed to uninstall and reinstall it. Once they got in there, it was installed so badly by Accurate that they said Accurate should be reported

Needed a few services done as I recently moved into a vacant condo and had some things few come up in inspection. --furnace tune up, fireplace cleaning, humidifier leak, and dryer gas line lengthened. They were extremely prompt in first emails giving me an estimate based on what they thought it would be from my explanation, then very prompt to schedule the actual consult at the unit looking at what I have and assessing--which came back cheaper than the estimate they gave me over email--always a plus! Came back a few days later, completed the work amazingly well...were unable to fix the humidifier
