I have an elderly aunt and uncle who live in the Chicago area, still in their own home, and their furnace suddenly went out over the weekend, and since they are not very tech savvy, I quickly went to work calling local HVAC companies in the area. Overall excellent service! My AC unit was not working consistently, and the technicians came and took the time to explain to me the reasons why this was happening. They got my unit working like new. Before they left, they gave me advice on things I could go through to troubleshoot problems and keep my unit running well. My AC unit has been working great since then. They were very professional, the pricing was the most reasonable I have seen in Chicago, and I will definitely be using them in the future.

Had service 3 weeks ago for my ice maker. Now the ice maker is not working properly. I called to schedule the service and they said the technician would be at my place during 1-6 pm. I waited till5 pm and called them agian, the person answered my phone promised someone would be here about 6-7pm, which they never did. Great service and no credit for this company.
