I'd love to give them ZERO stars, but it won't let me. I scheduled an appointment with them for Tuesday from 10-2. 2:30 on Tuesday, nobody has arrived so I call. The woman that answered the phone tells me I made the appointment for Wednesday. I told her no I didn't because I work on Wednesday, so she says, well we can come out on Thursday between 10-2, so I say fine. Thursday 2:30, I call because again, nobody shows up. Same woman says, he's running late but he will be there. He'll call you as soon as he's on his way. It's now Friday at 9:30 AM...... still

I want to say this first and foremost. This is a one-man shop, so don't expect fast service. Expect to hear stall tactics and excuses. (They use all these different locations, had no idea until I wrote this yelp review.) Georgia is very nice, yet the only Office Manager/Receptionist and wants to accommodate everyone's needs. They take on too much work for one

The issue was the chimney liner, It was dirty and rusted, it needed to be replaced due to lack of service from the previous owner oh my house. I paid around $1,600.00 and now my heater does not shut down.
The company is not only honest and fair, but also on-time and prepared to perform the job.
The scheduling was easy and flexible. The employees were kind and explained the issues thoroughly, and provided a written invoice at the end of the service. I also received recommendations on caring for my furnace to avoid future potentially costly repairs.
