So far so good. A bit of morning noise once every other week from tree and lawn care and a few gate problems over the last few months but otherwise quiet and we'll maintained. Es muy agradable vivir aqui todo esta muy cerca y los accesos son estupendos tranquila y segura. Las areas sociales son hermosas.
We are pleased to accept cats and dogs. The following non-traditional pets ARE allowed: turtles, non-poisonous frogs, domestic hamsters, hermit crabs, gerbils, small domesticated birds, and domestic fish. Fees for these non-traditional acceptable pets may vary if applicable. Unless used as an assistance animal, restricted dog breeds are NOT allowed.

We just moved recently from NJ. The move itself was extremely challenging but the assistance from Oscar Salgado - the community manager made things better. He is very professional and prompt in responding to any request that I made. Crystal has been very helpful as well. I hope to enjoy rest of my time here!

It’s a very nice place to live here and with very friendly neighbors. The property management team is always very friendly and helps you in anyway that you have questions or any issues with your maintenance of your apartment.
The maintenance team when they come over to fix any issues they’re always friendly and they resolve the issue before the end of the day.
I’ve been living here for almost 3 years and I really like the atmosphere and this community.
