Harbour Cove! What an interesting place! I chose this apartment because of its square footage, good location, and after the Florida rent hikes still one of the most affordable 3 bed 2 baths in the Pembroke Pines area.
I loved that the amenities included a park, pool, gym, and car station.
I was a little taken aback when I arrived: I was expecting a gate for some reason and there wasn’t one. Then the apartment I was expecting was not up to par - though I made a very lengthy list for the property manager and maintenance to fix the issues and they promptly did.

Harbor Cove has been a great place to live
Is in a great location far as school district shopping malls
Most of all I love the interaction that the management staff have with the tenants
I also love the fact that management offers us once a month to have a different food truck this is giving us the opportunity to experience different cultures and enhance our children’s food knowledge of each culture

PLEASE READ- DO NOT LEASE HERE! I don't normally leave reviews but I felt compelled to do so. When I moved in, there were so many issues within the unit. The biggest was no hot water and toilets not flushing. I told them about it immediately, ( same day) assuming they'd send someone to service it. It took them 40 DAYS to finally fix the issue. Let me repeat, 40 days!!!! Imagine 40 days of cold showers!!! Imagine minors having to go to through it. Too add Insult to injury, Now they are threatening me with LEGAL action because I refuse to pay for those days. Parents, mothers, everyone, DO NOT STAY

I have been living here for almost a full year and it's been GREAT. My apartment is beautiful & cozy. The office staff is extremely helpful and always go above and beyond for me. SPECIAL SHOUTOUT TO SAMANTHA! Maintenance answers all requests in a timely manner and my kids LOVE the pool & rec areas. I also have been blessed with awesome neighbors! I HIGHLY recommend living in Harbour Cove.
