SLUMS!! DON’T MOVE HERE IF YOU DON’T LIKE WATER and MOLD!!! Very poor management and maintenance on site which makes this a terrible place to live. Don’t listen to response about an apology or a resolution, it’s all formality. The truth is this place ignore and coverup very serious issues with flying monkeys. Don’t complain if you can’t handle to heat.
Within 45 days of signing the lease, my unit had 3 major issues with water. Nothing was done to provide a resolution but patchwork and a facade of doing the right thing.

Luxury slums more like it. For the prices they're asking for and charging, they could at least give the the illusion of a fxxx. The maintenance never comes in a timely manner, the construction of the apartments and sidewalks are shoddy and there always seems to be trash everywhere. Save your money and time.

I have lived here for only 4 months and since living here the gate has been broke, the pool has been closed more than opened, and when asked why it was closed i received 3 different answers and now when asked why the pool was closed Sunday and Monday i was informed that all if the sudden the pool is now closed on Mondays with no explanation as to why it was closed on Sunday and i was told i should have received an email about it. I have not received an email since moving in the response to that was I'm sorry and then she walked away. The trash compactor has broken so many times I cannot count.

I sent in my application on Oct. 1 and was told that I would hear something in 3 days I’m am just being told on Oct 9 after several phone calls and trips to the apartment complex that I wasn’t approved. It’s ridiculous that I had to wait 8 days and I had to come in. Had I not come up they would never have told me. They claim they sent an email which I never received. And now o have to wait 14 more days just to get my money back. I wouldn’t recommend it moving on to somewhere else.....

UPDATE- I went and talked to the new management and they apologized for the website issue and told me not to worry about the pending re-certification. Changed to 5 star because they seem very friendly and awesome :)
I've had a pretty good experience here and this is my 3rd year living at this complex. It's bug-free, its pretty clean for the most part, my maintenance requests are always tended to (I know they are understaffed for maintenance and I think they do a pretty good job). The tenants are what make this place negative. I constantly have kids knocking on my door, throwing rocks at my window

I've been living in the complex with my kids going a year now, and I fully intend to stay another year. The apartments themselves are awesome! The office staff are kind and helpful. The groundskeepers are courteous and do a great job with upkeep and maintenance of the the apartments and the grounds. Always kept clean, with the exception of the trash compactor. (Gets over run with trash due to lazy Tennants). The amenities included in living here are wonderful and definitely worth the price for rent!!

I have been a resident of Harbor Cove for soon to be a year and I take pride in where I live. I just love how well kept the apartments and the grounds are being kept. I never witness or heard of any major incidents, prowling, loitering, burglarized or fighting. Those were major concerns for me. The office staff, including the Apartment manager, Robin, Maintenance Department and Office staff has made living for me in Harbor Cove a great place to live. Yes, maintenance department has issued me a warning as well for trash left on the outside, but he did brought it to my attention, he approach me and
