Car heart is great. The mechanics are honest and knowledgeable. I've had multiple times where they've saved me money by doing a simpler approach to fixing my mechanical issue. Actually the first mechanic shop that has earned my trust 100%.

I have been very worried about my car in the sudden cold snap. I'm a senior citizen & have been unable to check my cars Antifreeze levels for myself. All the while reluctant to ask for assistance. As I thought it would be more than I could afford, on my Social Security budget.
I called Car Heart still fearful that I would get an estimate for service I could not afford. Brandon answered my call & he immediately came to my rescue. Not only did they get my Car in for service that same afternoon. They thoroughly checked the Antifreeze & All the fluid levels in my car. The Very Kind Mechanic assured

Most recently, Car Heart (1) replaced my alternator, (2) replaced my battery, and (3) straightened a hitch receiver that Uhaul had installed sloppily. They had done other miscellaneous work on my car and my family's vehicles before, too.
As long as Car Heart maintains the same exceptional standard of service, they will be my preferred auto shop. They are transparent, fair, knowledgeable, and professional. Their customer-oriented communication is also top-notch; Brandon just gave me a call today to follow up and make sure I was satisfied with the work they did last week.

Wow! Just wow! This place is so great, I want to go back just to hang out with the best shop dog ever, Pinion. Brooklyn and Brandon were wonderful, honest and upfront and very thorough. They did such an amazing job fixing my car, my husband brought his car in a couple weeks later. Would recommend to anyone who needs their car looked at and doesnt want to feel like just another number.

We took our truck in thinking we were going to have a very pricey repair on our engine but to our surprise it had been misdiagnosed at the other car shop we took it to. I first evaluate auto shops from their appearance and the mechanics. The overall appearance of the lobby area is that it's clean and organized. However, as I was sitting in the lobby, I could see one of the mechanics in the bay smoking as he was working on a car. I thought to myself, this is a reflection of how they will care for your car and it's also a safety issue. After the mechanic assessed my car, he came back to have me take a look at the issue. I won't even go into his assessment because I believe it was exaggerated. As one mechanic explained the issue concerning my car,

I've heard great things about Car Heart Autocare so decided to take my vehicle in for alignment, they told me they would do an assessment and they agreed it needed a alignment. They then came back in about 10 minutes later telling me due to the size of my tires they had to deflate the tires to get the alignment machine to fit and then reflate them for $20.. I've had a lot of work done by a auto shop and I'm pretty sure this is the first time I've ever had a $20 charge for air.. I could have told them never mind but I was all ready there and truck was all ready lifted ready

We love CarHeart! We've had several car issues the last few months and I am so grateful that they were there! From oil changes to replacing a transmission, they have been amazing. Having both cars break down on you when your husband is out of town and having two young kids in tow is not an ideal situation. But, they were so patient with the kids and me.
