Our property is professionally managed by a small staff with decades of experience and a strong desire to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Our maintenance supervisors have over a decade of experience at the property and have received advanced maintenance training and certification (including the latest EPA Renovator Certification and Mold Remediation Supervisor Certification).

Affordable apartments, friendly environment and helpful team in Leasing office. Maintenance issues are handled in a timely manner especially Mr. Maurice is very efficient and does a great job evaluating causes and providing a lasting solution to any problem. Creditable attitude and knowledge he has.

We have been residents for over two years and throughly enjoyed our stay! The apartments are clean and the grounds well kept, and maintenance is great! Management is the best , especially Diane! She’s super friendly, takes care of anything we need quickly, and is a joy! If you’re looking for some where to live, that’s also in a fantastic location, seriously consider here!

Probably worst apartments in the area.
Children are not supposed to play in the courtyard.
All the appliances are way old and noisy, requires constant maintenance.
Carpet is more than a decade old.
You are not supposed to have visitors!!
There is no limit to the chemicals added in the swimming pool.
Sidewalks are not cleaned in time even when there is Sleet.
The Manager is the most irresponsible person.
Hostile management.
They were not like this when I moved in 4 years ago. Since 1 or 2 years, they are turning bad. Probably increasing demand from Asian-Indians, but they will also realize

I have moved to this place recently. Apartment is not maintained. Nothing is good. Appliances are too old and discolored. You will face linkage problem. On top of these issues management is staff is poor and rude. You have to follow up every single issue if you don't then they will not solve it. They are paining bath tubs with oil paint because its scratched and not smooth and will never change till its broken.
