Gulph Mills Village Apartments

Beautiful property ! Going into my second year and have enjoyed it here. My apartment is spacious and has some upgrades. Haven’t had any problem with bugs or mice as some have stated. Management and maintenance have been wonderful and promptly take care of any issues. My only complaint is the apartment above me is upgraded and does not have carpet to help with noise. I hear them moving around all the time. I tolerate it during the day but night time is a problem. Especially at 2AM when I’m woken up from then noise. Management deals with the issue, and it’s good for awhile. Rent is very reasonable

I wouldn’t recommend living here. There are frequent roach and ant infestations regardless of how clean you keep your apartment. Becky, the property manager, is quite rude. Maintenance will do the bare minimum to fulfill any work orders. There are better places to live for the cost.

Roaches are a Huge challenge at Gulph Mills Village Apartments in building B on the Basement floor! I have complained and received limited solutions. Furthermore, today a roach was on my bed that I was sleeping in. The building and neighbors are great but the service is terrible and the roach problem is disgusting...... I would not recommend this complex to anyone....

Bad thing about these apartments:- If you get to deal with Becky, she is worse. She gets personal always, try to poke for small matters, will remind you like its her property and can get you out any day, if you rent apartment here then make sure to record all conversation with her. Not just me but i have heard horror stories of how she treats with tenants here.
Good thing about these apartments:- {Erik}, yes this guy reverses the damage what Becky will do to you, at least he tries. He is very helpful as a manager and many people are just continue to live in these apartments because of him even

I understand it is very difficult time for everyone to work but disappointed fact that we cannot see the apartment in person. This is not a product that we can return if we do not like them, we are stuck with one year lease with a horrible living situation. So how is that possible that we can only see the apartment using the virtual tours? All other apartment near by still are allow to see the apartment in person so I just do not understand why Gulph Mills Village couldn't.

Didn't rent there, everything in my price range was rented already, but Becky was amazing. Very helpful and did everything she could plus more in this covid world

In my experience living at Gulph Mills Village Apartments, I have never had better customer service working with a company. Their responsiveness and overall customer service have been impeccable. In particular, the manager Erik and assistant manager Becky are a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend this complex to a friend.

Oh my god this Becky she is so rude.except her every thing is so perfect in this apartment.we lived in this apartment for almost 13 months.After we vacated she is trying to frame us in a counter top breakage which we actually didn't broke & we have a clear video proof.when we asked to show us the breakage she refused.
Be careful while dealing with her.It 's such a bad experience for us after vacating the apartment except that we enjoyed living over there.

Visited the place to look at apartments at 5pm. A guy in charge never even cared to ask my name or details. The moment he saw me , 'he asked how he can help'. I did tell him I'm looking for 1-2 bedroom apartments. immediately he looked at his watch and said he is very tight. So I asked him when is the availability and if I can look around.He said he has nothing to look around and unavailable till August. That's it. No questions asked of what is my interested date of move, my details ... absolutely none. So rude and arrogant. If you can't talk to people after 5pm , put it on your website , so that

Amazing place to live. The ladies at the leasing office are friendly. The guys in maintenance are nice and get things done quick. The grounds are very well kept as well. It's in a convenient location, with every store you could possibly need within a five minute drive. Also, the concrete ceilings are a plus, you'll never hear your neighbors. It's been two years and so far its a great place to live
