This place needs a make over. Kinda dumpy for King of Prussia / Valley Forge area. I would not recommend to anyone. After reading the comment about my review asking for suggestions ... The landscaping is not as beautiful as presented especially in front of C bldg. The bushes and trees need much attention. Some need replacing with lively more attractive ones. There are a lot of nearly dead trees on that property that need removal. Maybe that will help.

The front office team are super nice, but the apartment was seriously falling apart, and was really really terrible quality. I had to break my lease early because I couldn't afford the apartment anymore, and Kelly Savage, the district manager, had no heart to help forgive some of the owed rent, not even after the apartment was re-rented.
I then lost my job because of COVID, and I would think decent people would be empathetic and possibly forgive at least a portion of this lease.
It's an anchor drowning my family during a global pandemic and Kelly Savage and team could not care less.

Overview: A fine place to live, but be prepared to handle extreme unproffesionalism when you leave.
Pros:
- One of the most affordable places nearby to rent a 2-bedroom with a comfortably sized living area.
- Very convenient to major highways & access to KoP area by back roads.
Cons:
- Not for light sleepers. Halls and parking lot have traffic into the late hours and sound carries badly from the hall. Unit-to-unit is pretty well sound-proofed.
- CAUTION. We left a mailing address, 2 phone numbers, and 2 email addresses as contact info when we moved out. Received no notice of any issue from
